K.We stayed in a Large Studio. The heating in the room was excellent. The location is walking distance to fast food in North Dunedin and a short drive to the city centre. Everything was clean. Baby cot was free. Good guest laundry facilities - only $2 for wash and dry each.
The room was a bit small, fitting 2.5 luggages and a baby cot was tight.
K.Friendly staff and well presented unit. Looked nice and clean until my baby went exploring and found pistachio nuts and shells under a chair and we got bitten alive by what could have been bed bugs or carpet mites. But overall its great that it's apart of transitional housing for homeless families and we enjoyed our stay.
g.A very nice motel. Clean, quiet, warm & modern with an old school vibe. Free parking right outside your door, shop across the road that also happens to sell fried chicken, numerous restaurants & cafes within walking distance. Location was perfect for us. My family loved their stay and I totally recommend this motel to others. I'm definitely coming back, so thank you Garden Motel for your awesome hospitality & accommodation!!
K.I cannot recommend this accommodation enough! The owners are lovely and very helpful, the rooms were spacious and perfectly clean. The beds were comfy and there was little to no street noise but still in a good location close to town. Great value for money, would stay here again!

Road noise was noticed, but not bad.
Walking distance to the octagon and stadium.
Like most motels, the electric jug is incredibly noisy when others are still asleep.
M.The studio room is great for two. There's space for two luggages. Really appreciate the space. No fuss check-ins for this motel. Toilet maybe small and need heating. Also entrance to room is quite dark.
E.Home away from home for three nights. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The place was spotless and the facilities are well maintained and fully stocked. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

D.(Translated) Very nice motel with a friendly welcome and free parking in the yard, large rooms with bathroom, good bed, location a bit away from the center in. Side street, 5 minutes to the center by car. Quiet, clean, highly recommended !! ( 2 nights)

Sehr nettes Motel mit freundlichen Empfang und gratis Parkplätze im Hof , große Zimmer mit Bad, gutes Bett, Lage etwas entfernt von Zentrum in. Seitenstraße, ins Zentrum mit Auto 5 Minuten. Ruhig, sauber, absolut zu empfehlen!! ( 2 Nächte)
