T.Great accommodation, clean very well appointed and quiet, we stayed for 2 nights for the location being close to the airport for a very early flight out, roughly 12km..so drove into Dunedin for a road trip out to the peninsula etc..
B.A really peaceful and relaxing place to stay and pet friendly. Nice tidy, clean and comfortable surroundings. Handy to Mosgiel for shopping.

s.We are from invercargill and stay at this place if have things on in Dunedin or are heading north and want to break the trip. We love it. Very rural quiet and best of all allowed our well behaved dog... there's a lovely private dog playing area amongst the trees aswell for a charge around. Lovely owners and extremely clean comfortable and warm.

A.A pleasant stay , nice unit , but oh the sofa/fold away bed settee, uncomfortable is an understatement. There being no easy chairs , had to sit on the bed. A bit taxing for 3 days.

Well equipped. Wild rabbits out the kitchen window to entertain if a city person, or annoy the farmers.
Expansive grass grounds and seemingly a large outdoor chess set.
R.The lady at the reception was really nice and welcoming. The gentleman helped to show us our room. Nice amd clean room. Our heating blanket wasn't working but he replaced it as soon as we reported it.
It's really closed to shops but if you have car. Just 5 minutes drive.
Happy with our stay and recommend it.

Great lawn area with games area, and a lovely verandah to just sit out and take in all the views.

G.Absolutely amazing place. Super clean and very well looked after. Its like a home away from home. The owner is very friendly and accomadating. Great location. Very secenic view. Mosgiel is 4km away, Dunedin city center is 15mins away and the airport is 10 mins away. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with our 2 little kids. We would definitely like to return again.
S.We arrived yesterday afternoon and stayed one night. We choose Longbourne due to its relative proximity to Dunedin International Airport.
We are very impressed with the cleanliness and spacious of the rooms, and the quality of the linen and bedding.
The grounds are also lovely.
We will likely stay again.

G.Very beautiful situation,quiet,clean, well-equipped tranquil and the staff most obliging ,friendly and pleasant.Sky T.V. on lots of channels. Selection of beverages great and they cater for dogs with a dog exercise ground on site.
L.Really nice couple that own the motel that are very much a throw back in the best way. Clean, comfy and quiet. Check our the stars at night as it’s so dark you get an awesome view. About a 5 min drive from shops.
