L.We've stayed here a few times. The manager is always friendly and happy to help. We have only ever had one minor inconvenience that was quickly resolved. We've always been able to park in their off street parking and there's a really nice cafe nearby.
M.Great location easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room very clean and spacious. Brian the owner is very helpful. Would stay here again.

A.Location is great, less than 10mins on foot to the Octagon. Secure covered parking. Free laundry facilities. Facilities are not perfect but the cleanness and the services are perfect. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Small rooms, very basic kitchenette with Toaster, Kettle & Microwave, no Stovetop. Comfortable beds, clean linen and very good heater. Free WiFi was provided.
Bathroom was clean, stocked with basic amenities, but once again on the small size.
There appeared to be only 1 Staff, he was very polite and fulfilled our requests promptly.
Parking was semi secure in a back area, there was only driveway access to the motel and pedestrian entrance.
Very cosy, warm and best value for money in short time frames.

The free hidden car park in certainly a plus.

J.I enjoyed staying here. Underneath car parking. A bowl of fruit to grab one for free. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is a good size. Security cameras everywhere. Nice staff. ☺️
J.This property is OK. It served it's purpose. Quite dated but clean ad tidy. There is not much off street parking unless you get there early. Even if you do manage to get a park it's very awkward to maneuver your car in the small space providedI just stayed one night as there on business.

I definitely will recommend them to family and friends. If you go to Dunedin please choose Motel on Carroll.
F.Room is quite good, but has a bad dusty smell inside. Parking is undercover which is good, but the garage is cramped when full and it's hard to get back out. Wifi is unlimited and fast, which is excellent.

A.We got a discount..only because I asked. It was not worth what they were asking, but clean, comfortable bed n not bad shower..near CBD n safe free carparking.
k.Nice and warm the manager is lovely only thing I didn't like was that Being a studio room the kitchen was tinier than any room I've ever been in my life half a bench no stove... and a microwave to cook in and one small casserole dish for one person even though we had to feed four people and the window needs repaired cos all night long all we could hear was the wind howling through the cracks of the window couldn't sleep too noisy......

위치, 청결, 가구, 친절, 주차장 모두 완벽했다. 방이 깔끔하고 편했다. 돌체구스토가 있어서 커피도 좋았다. 더니든 시내까지 걸어가기에 좋은 위치여서 관광하기도 좋다. 완전 추천!!
