C.This truly is a boutique hotel; beautiful and very interesting. The hospitality was excellent and the complimentary glass of wine each day very welcome. Fantastic view from our room. We will definitely be back :)
V.Astonishingly beautiful hotel, wish we could've spent more time there. The host was most welcoming and quite the expert with directions and recommendations. We will definitely stay there again.
Rooms were very cozy, bed was comfy and had the right amount of space to be nestled in and still want to get out and see the city, the window view of the skyline was a favorite of ours. Note: we loved the shower layout.
Don't miss a chance to see the Wee Blue Penguins while you stay here.
T.The building is old and has been immaculately restored and maintained. The amenities were great in the room. Very good location for central Dunedin. It is easily accessible by public transport. The hotel was very clean at all times. I must compliment the hotel for having such a dedicated employee.
T.We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The ***agers on duty were v helpful n gives good advice. Friendly ownership and wine greeting. We had a lovely view of the city from our room. The value for money is very good. Very good central location to the heart of the city.
T.The host was very friendly and provided us with advice on what to see in Dunedin. Went out of their way to make our the stay exceptional. We simply couldn’t not have been happier with our room. An enjoyable stay and we would recommend it highly to anyone looking to stay in Dunedin.
D.If I were only rating the staff and location it would get 5 stars. But it was like staying at Grandma's house. Creaky old floors, Victorian style furniture, steam driven baseboard wall heaters, no elevator. Definitely not my style especially considering the room cost per night.
T.The breakfast buffet could go a bit more upscale for the prices. Location is phenomenal - walked everywhere from the hotel. We found the host very welcoming and friendly with lots of tips on what we can do in Dunedin. We would certainly go back if we get the chance.

T.Everything you could want is in walking distance. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. The stay in the hotel is value for money. Basically, their hotel associates are quite helpful for my stay. A great sense of retro and aesthetics.
T.Husband and I stayed here for a one-day stop en route to a conference. Would stay here again on our next visit. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. From the moment we pulled up we felt taken care of. The facility itself was very nice.

Look elsewhere if you have a car.

L'hôtel est bien situé mais pas très pratique,tout en divers niveaux et pas très bien indiqué.l'accès au parking différent de celui de la réception,on descend les bagages puis on les remonte ,tout sans ascenseur et sans aide.
Chercher ailleurs si vous avez une voiture.
T.部屋は基本的に良かったです。スタッフがよく教育されていて、快適です。何度も泊まっていますが、本当に良いホテルだと思います。
T.清掃は行き届いています。朝食は素晴らしかったです。部屋はかなり快適でした。ホテルの方は親切に対応いただき満足です。
