C.Good location and lovely helpful lady at front desk when we arrived who changed us into room by play ground for wee fella but unfortunately we can't lie the place is in desperate need of a makeover but still better than staying in daughter's student flat if that puts it into perspective 🤔

R.It was clean, spacious, well equipped. But finishing off some of the maintenance would be great. Some motels get great views. Mine had a stunning view of a delapidated set of stairs, and the backyard of a student flat!!!!
E.The first looks are deceiving, as you soon go into the rooms its its spotless. Everything is cleaned down the sides of chairs and behind cupboards. They offer you free laundry and drying,it's not a far walk from town and it's right next to couplands. The beds are comfy and the couches too. Really want to come back I highly recommend (This is a customer not a worker)
R.Best prices for apartment. Provides everything but needs updating. Stayed numerous times. Convenient. Would stay every time if carpets, furniture, paint work upgraded. Staff are good.
R.I stayed here for 6 weeks while receiving treatment for cancer at the nearby hospital. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were obliging and kind. Loved
waking up to the sound of native birds in the morning. Thank you woodlands for my home away from home.

Everything you would need.
R.A great little place in Dunedin. We found it on booking. Com. Looked a little old, but once we got here was surprised. Cosy and quiet, large 2 bedroom apartment close to all services and town centre. This is our actual room here. Ample space inside for 6 people. Has 2 roll away beds hidden in upstairs bedroom. Which is quite big. Will stay here again.
s.I really liked this place, could do with a heating upgrade but was very good for a '3' star motel

A.Units are getting a bit tired but always good value, clean, easy to get to on the one way system going north, handy to amenities.
