What an absolute pleasant surprise!!! The room was so clean and the beds really are the most comfortable we ever slept on throughout our stay whilst travelling the North Island. The rooms looked like they have just been updated and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Some beds were hard and others soft. Only 1 roll of toilet paper so got own from the shop. Units get serviced every day which is good as we stayed 2 nights. No real outdoor area besides back of units

Best owner operator in Gisborne. Goes out of his way to please and has a good local knowledge Grant is a top man. Swimming pool is small, but great for kids, and a refreshing dip. Always clean. Spa pool in Winter is great for a soak before sleep. Rooms are all very well set out, the family room has a separate room and full cooking facilities. Very clean and tidy. There is a large outdoor area for kids to play and a bbq area for adults to chill with a wine or beer. Great place, close to town and shops. Indian, Chinese, Fish and Chips and a bottle store, just down the road.

Very reasonably priced for 3 adults and one teenager. Beds are great and facilities have been upgraded to a nice standard. Friendly face on the counter who was pleasant and helpful.
