R.Quirky I think sums up the cottage best. Old building no doubt, but clean, comfortable and well equipped. Not your average backpackers. Good value for money and If come to see the sights of the west coast a good central location! Stayed there for 3 nights and would happily return!
X.They provided a full room with a double bed, super comfy. Was a small Oasis in the middle of all the standard hostels.
House is shared, kitchen well equipped to cook your own dishes. Good price.
P.It's quite a extraordinary place. Very old but well maintained building. You have to check in in the bar across the street which was no problem at but no so easy to find out at night. The rooms are nice and cozy, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has everything you need except a dryer and a comfortable temperature in winter. WiFi is provided in the bar too. Overall a good place to spend a night or two!
