G.Very pleasant staff, who were helpful. However the motel is a little tired. Toilet did not flush properly, and there was a plunger left beside it. The shower was difficult to use, and the bed was not comfortable. Stairs were very steep when carting luggage up and down. It would be a good idea for managers to spend a night in each unit and note what needs fixing/replacing/updating.
M.Handy to town, comfortable & reasonably clean. Decor a bit tired, kitchen shelves missing, and fly marks on bathroom ceiling a bit off-putting. Okay for a one night stay. Would have been a good night' s sleep but for other guests being rowdy. Management were either not on site overnight or not able to control the noise.
P.We liked this place, it was clean and it had everything you can ask for a one-night stop in Hamilton. Staff (we saw a blonde woman and a tall, dark man) was very friendly. The pool was refreshing (note: not heated) and we were allowed to use it after opening times.
We are travelling with public transport and it was easy to catch no 21 to the bus station and continue our travels. Thanks for the morning coffee and milk also :)
K.good honest place like an old school route 66 motel - friendlier staff and much easier car parking than our next stay which was Hamilton Novotel. would rebook.
M.The hospitality we received was amazing. We stayed long-term, anything we needed was given without questions asked.i will definitely miss the owners,and house keepers,such a friendly vibe.i always felt safe.the rooms were immaculate.very clean.and I'm really fussy.so come stay here.great place to be during rugby season.or jus a break from home.the pool was always warm and in excellent condition.#aquarius motel 5stars from us thanks xoxo

P.ok, clean but drab with no nice touches. 2 seater couch in 2 bedroom accomodation was really enough.
S.Excellent customer service experience, took a large group booking of 15 at the last minute, were incredibly accommodating to our group, rooms were perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend to others because of their ability to host us and their friendly can do attitudes 😁
M.I stayed here for a week and it was the nicest cleanest stay I've had in Hamilton motels. The owners are lovely people and the motel is not over run with emergency housing

especially she arranged to work wifi in room properly but any how when we came back in room in night, the wifi signals were too weak they comes and goes often
