T.Have stayed here twice. Once as a couple, then last year with our 3 year old son. Very clean. Good location. Hard to reserve it. Booked out quite often. Guess it shows how good and popular it is.
a.Stayed 1 night. Great location. Close to PaknSave and other places. Walked to Casino which took like 20 minutes leisurely. Nice and clean. Everything you need for short stay. Highly recommend.
B.Great accommodation. Comfortable bed, spotless clean room. Very affordable prices & great location for what is around.
Staff were very friendly & helpful.
Only note was information booklet did say Sky was in all rooms, mine did not have it. However the rest of experience definitely made up for it. I would definitely stay again.
N.Nice motel, clean, spacious, quiet and well resourced, however needs salt and pepper in the rooms and a safety chain on the inside of the doors, as the doors open inwards. Then as a motel it would have got 5 stars. However I was not happy that my confirmed booking for a downstairs room, due to reduced mobility ( this conversation had already taken place and I had a confirmed room number) had been changed to an upstairs room and it blamed on the system. This was very poor for a disabled traveler. Please take note!

S.This motel is lovely! Everything brand new. There is not much noise you can hear from outside or the other rooms. The rooms are big and we'll designed (looks better than the pictures!) Service is great too. Excellent price for what is worth!
F.Stayed on 28 Feb, 01 & 2 March 2021. The room and bathroom were VERY clean. The kitchen was equipped with stove top, microwave and fridge, plus all the utensils that I needed to cook a simple meal. The front desk manager was friendly and answered all my questions. Countdown, Pak n' Save, Z service station, and SuperCheap Auto all within a short walk distance. What impressed me the most? The way the cutlery was perfectly organised and lined up in the kitchen draws! A sure sign of a quality operator.
W.TVs glitching, week office staff was rude.
In one room, shower was broken. He never fixed it for paid consumer. I left my room opened for them to use

F.Very nice motel. Clean tidy quiet and immaculate. Friendly and warm greeting on arrival by host. Nice friendly cleaning staff. We stayed in a 2 bdrm motel which had everything we needed for a 2 night stay for my work. Beds are like clouds so crisp clean, fresh and cozy. Pak n Save just within a 5 min walk. Handy location and 15 mins walk to town centre.
I would definitely recommend this motel and would stay here again. 👍

Z.We stayed in a two room suite with kitchen and lounge. Everything was spotless, did not smell, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was lovely too. We travel regularly, and this place was a gem of a find.

D.For a motel, it's a 5 star! A clean, spacious, 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen that has all we needed to create meals and snacks during our stay. Free parking and wifi too! Great location for seeing Hobbiton and the Glowworm Caves as well as all that Hamilton offers! The Classic Car Museum and Hamilton Gardens, for instance! Both excellent! Great hosts are super helpful and very nice!
A.Great value for money in Hamilton - very clean, comfortable, quiet and a short stroll to main part of town, close to sport stadiums.
Owner operators are keen to help and ensure all guests are happy. Went above and beyond to send us an item left in a wardrobe before we left NZ.

S.We got a Free upgrade, all brand new amenities, spa bath, huge shower, heat pumps, nice beds, helpful staff, free wifi and parking. Only downside was 1 on the 2 dining table chairs was broken. Its so new that's it's not on the current google street view.
