R.We really enjoyed our stay here, its clean, fresh and nicely decorated. We loved their big bathrooms and modern showers. Our unit had a spa bath outside, which was divine to know, we just did not have time to use it. After a long and stressful day at work, my husband and I crashed into bed at 8pm. Oh, and did I mention, Great Service too! I left my glass water bottle here and we received a call about it! Highly recommended Motel.
R.We got a 2 bedroom unit, it was spacious and very clean. Note that the room doesn't come with a stove but this was noted on the booking site and also it's obvious from the pictures of the room. We only stayed 2 nights and came from out of town so we actually made bbq and put it into a container which we then kept in the rooms fridge (it's a bar fridge but not the tiny one, it's really spacious). And we just heated some up in the microwave when we needed some. Also we asked for a smokers room and on the balcony there was an ashtray - it's so hard to find a smoker friendly place (outside of course, not in the room). It's a great place to stay and I highly recommend it
c.Couldn't be happier everything you want and need in family accommodation. We got a 2 bed room unit it was clean, tidy, modern, spacious. None of us wanted to leave both kids and adults raved about the great sleep on the super comfortable beds. No stove but a bbq and microwave. The guy accommodated us running an hr late we arrived at 10pm we really appreciate him waiting up for us. Shower has great pressure. Sky tv in the master bedroom and in the living room. The master has a king sized bed and the 2nd bed room has a double and a single all very comfortable. We hope to be back some day.
R.Really great motel. Very clean and comfortable. Small but adequate kitchen. Good sized tv. Very good shower and large enough vanity for toilet bag. Comfortable king size bed. This room had a hot tub that was really good. Excellent reception staff. Best motel I have stayed at in Hamilton. Just a bit too far to walk into town. I will definitely go back.
L.Nice clean apartments and friendly staff. When we arrived no one was at the counter to check us in and had to wait for 10 or so minutes before someone helped up but they made up for it by upgrading our room so was happy with the outcome. Had a pleasurable stay
T.Stayed here for work.. there were 2 of us so we got a 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty of space :) a tv in the lounge & master bedroom. Spacious bathroom with multiple towels. Room was down the back and we'll away from the road. :). Plenty of tea & coffee options in the room.
H.We stayed in a one bedroom unit @ Atrium on Ulster overnight while down in Hamilton for our grandson's graduation. Our unit was of a high standard and very comfortable. Hospitable and everything we could ask for. Very handy to the city. We would stay here again.
A.Having stayed at the Atrium 2 weeks ago for 10 days, I would thoroughly recommend this Motel. It was well equipped, sheets and fluffy white towels changed daily. Spotlessly clean, helpful friendly staff, kind and thoughtful Owners who live on-site. Within walking distance of both Town and Supermarkets. Great place to stay.
A.Great little gem in the the sea of ordinary. The host Bianka, could not have been more helpful, from being sensitive to the needs of a teenager to managing my car accident report with minimum fuss - a testament to spectacular kiwi service. Rooms were adequate, warm and cozy. The bathroom was clean, warm and bright. We would have loved to stay longer, maybe next time....
k.The rooms didn't look quite as nice as the photos online did. Wasn't a huge deal though! The WiFi was excellent and the staff let us have as many WiFi login passes as we thought we'd need for our stay. Parking seemed to be a little tight. We had a neighbor that was momentarily loud but not enough for us to complain. The rooms were very comfortable! I can't sleep without a fan and was ecstatic when I found one in the closet that I could use. Atrium is very easy to get around the city and is central to many cafes/pubs and shops. Despite a few VERY minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay.
S.This was a lovely place to stay. Everything is so clean. We had a little patio out back. They think of everything. There is a heater, air conditioner, and a fan. We bought the breakfast for $13. There was plenty of food for 2 days. The bathroom was spacious. The kitchen was only a sink, counter, and fridge, but there was also a small table for 2 or 3 to eat at.
G.I've stayed at a lot of motels as my work takes me out of town a heap. This place is way up there with the best I've stayed at. Lots of TV channels, I had a balcony, the room was quiet and clean and modern. Not much more you can ask for!
c.We didnt arrive until 10pm I called the manager before this and told him we would be there around 930pm he told me to call the number on the door as office closes at 9pm . I did when we arrived at 10pm and he very kindly came straight away to give us our room no. He also upgraded us to a one bedroom unit which I must say so was nice lovely king size bed and single in lounge Facilities were so clean and tidy great stay was sorry I could only stay one night. N.Pro’s:
Very clean rooms, sky tv and wifi, tea and coffee with plenty of fresh milk. Electric blankets for the cooler months, along with heating and air conditioning. Comfortable lounge, pillows and towels. Good location.
Con’s:
Very noisy with people above you and water running from neighbours. No fly screens on windows so you’re either suffering from no fresh air or mosquitoes biting you. Mattress was too springy and cheap, making to difficult to get comfortable.

S.Wonderful place, people who really look after my needs without needing to ask. Love the quality standard rooms - quality linen and furniture and high standards of cleanliness. Peaceful and quiet. Easy access to supermarkets, gyms and city centre.
