Great Place! The rooms are decent in size and very clean. The staff here are extremely friendly and all to happy to help to ensure you have the best experience. My favorite was the free laundry facility. It definitely saved me time and $$ during my busy schedule. Thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality 😊😊

Nice, cosey room. Enjoyed having a few beers with my workmates outside. Got my extra plunger coffee sachet. Room 15 - Extracting Fan needs to be fixed. Chopping board would be handy as well. Looking forward to stay at your place on my next visit in Hamilton.

Made a late booking on Friday night, for 2 nights. Gentleman was very kind indeed. Arrived at 11pm. Door was left unlocked and key left in fridge, which was pre-arranged due to our late arrival. Room was very inviting and clean. Such a nice comfortable stay. Affordable and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. AAA+++. Will most definitely stay again. Thanks Bella Vista.

Lovely owners, place was immaculate, rooms are spacious and great location if attending events at the Stadium, which is a short walk from Motel. Booked a 1bdrm unit, only downfall was that there was only 1 fan per unit, would be nice to have a fan for each room esp in the warmer season.

Upsides: spacious rooms with decent WiFi and sky channels. Customer service is pretty good. Downsides: No A/C, only a heater and a fan. So we found it hard to sleep on the warm nights. Decor is from early 2000s and is probably due for an update. Some noisy neighbours.

The room was not a disappointment at all. I am always greeted with a smile. Walking distance to shops etc. Very friendly host. Laundry facilities was free including the dryer. Close to main road with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would stay there again if ever back in Hamilton.

My fiance and I stayed there during this month. We had a very pleasant stay at the Bella Vista Motel. Staff is there to help you to enjoy as much as possible during your stay. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. I enjoy the location a lot.

We were impressed with the cleanliness. The location can't be beat, it's fantastic. Hotel parking garage is very convienent to access. The internet was the stand out. We really enjoyed the free internet access. Few minutes drive into the town centre and there are supermarkets within walking distance. I will be returning for sure.

As always, it's a pleasant experience to stay at a Bella Vista Motel. On the main motel 'strip' close to the Waikato Stadium but it does not seem to be effected by traffic noise. The amenities in the hotel were very good. Amenities in the room were up to date. The rooms were very well kept.

Great motel, very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Bella Vista motel during our stay in Hamilton and were not disappointed. The ***ager was very helpful and advised us to have dinner at ""The Helm"" just down the road. Short walk to CBD and supermarkets. Price was quite ok as we had like a suite.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast delivered to room was very good and hot. Friendly helpful staff.

Very noisy . Thin walls . Hear neighbour's alarm clock and conversation . Traffic, busy road . Doors opening and closing . Lovely apart from lotsa noise.
