L. P. J.It can be called as a private youth hostel. Crowded with wintec city campus students as it is 100m walk from the facility. Not clean to NZ standards but one get very much affordable accommodation. Not recommended for long time stay but ideal for temporary accommodation for new students in the city. No attached bathrooms. Coin operated Laundry service is available. Common kitchen in all the floors. Kitchen is not at all clean. Prime location in the city centre.
