A. w.What a great place to eat and drink. I watched staff work the bar and gracious service, ensured customers were happy to wait their turn. The kitchen gave lovely meals and going by the take aways being sold while we ate in the dining room, showed how popular the food is. Congratulations to the management and staff. A simple hotel with some little luxuries. Highly recommended

D.I purchased fish and chips to take away. This was the only place open and selling take out food in Kawhia at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday. The food was good, if a little expensive.
