Well what a DEEEEELIGHTFUL place this was!!! Hosts are very friendly and obliging. Their little dog was a true delight. If we didn't know they were there, you wouldn't even know because we couldn't hear anything other than the noise we made. Breakfast/Tea/Coffee microwave/washing machine/dryer all there to use. Fridge with essentials in it and we could use it too. I had the room with the ensuite, my friend had the room using the main bathroom - both were super comfortable though. Wifi was good and they even had a common lounge room area if you just wanted to chill out and watch TV. About 5-8mins out of "centre" of town, which was perfect because we were close enough, but far enough away. Only wish I could have stayed a week so I could have completely chilled right out. Alas work prevented that lol. Will 100% be staying here again next time I'm in Hamilton.

Beautiful country scenery surrounds a modern bed and breakfast which is beautifully furnished with 3 comfortable rooms available. Had a lovely time staying here., however the online photos made the place look bigger than what it was. A continental breakfast was included in the cost however it was help yourself, and the owners were welcoming and friendly. We were told to make ourselves at home, but was made to feel a bit uncomfortable and felt like we had someone keeping an eye on us. Over all an enjoyable experience but would not go back.

Host was friendly, room was lovely and setting was beautiful and very quiet. A little disappointed that as a B&B, the breakfast was a DIY cereal/toast affair in a shared kitchenette. I expected a lovely cooked breakfast, especially since it was fairly pricey.

We arrived very late at night and still it was no problem to our wonderful hosts who waited up for us. It was a rainy and cold night and it was wonderful to arrive to our preheated quarters. The place was very clean and modern, great decor and art throughout. It was my first stay at a BnB but I would have to say this place would have to be considered at the top end of BnBs. We enjoyed our peaceful and uninterrupted stay. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you Brett and Sally for making your home ours as well. AAA+++

Excellent location. Fantastic stay. If you want to get a break from city hussle and experience country style this is the one to go for. Exceptionally clean and super comfortable beds, lounge etc. Clean toilet bathroom facilities. Fantastic hosts too.. Will never look elsewhere. This is highly highly recommended. A+

Amazing place! Sally and Brett are very very friendly hosts. Price is very reasonable considering the amazing service they provide. I highly recommend them if you are coming over to Hamilton for a few days.

A b&b in a beautiful country scenery. The twin we got was a bit cold (as the house in general) and not at all roomy - we had to keep luggages closed under the bed and there was barely room to keep one open. A continental breakfast was included but was mostly help yourself to cereal.

It’s a very comfortable and fantastic setting, love the room .love the hosts and their adorable dog 💕. It’s a good experience. if I go back to Hamilton, I would still choose this estate 🏡. Have a good day, Brett and Sally.

What an amazing place to stay. 2 mins to town and 20 mins to Cambridge. Brett and Sally are such lovely people and Amazing hosts. It is country living so close to town. Beautiful decor. Highly recommended.

Thanks guys for a wonderful stay. Loved being able to chilled out in your beautiful lounge and everything being soooo clean, our bed was devine. You have all the facilities that we needed and was so close to the city, airport and Mystery Creek. We definitely will be back.

Warm welcoming, nice modern room & shower, clean, cosy, strong water pressure shower, lovely outdoor garden, not far from the city, free breakfast but not expensive.
