M.Awesome place to stay welcomed by the manager with a smile our room is lovely and clean and most of all very spacious the beds are all brand new and very comfy we love the homely feeling.. stayed here as our son was in HDU feels like a family atmosphere will definitely return.
J.Nice rooms, all with freash revamps, A quiet and strictly managed motel, easy parking, if your a partier this is not the motel for you.. better suited for quieter patrons, shower was powerful, but still had the temp level fluctuate if some one turned on a tap else were in the room. Directly across from the Hamilton lake brilliant spot.
(CONS)= The "lake road" facing apartments were subject to road noise from traffic, not really a major thou...
T.Friendly and great approach from the owner on arrival. It very well suited our needs as our family were needing to be near the hospital and downtown is right there for any extras. The studio is a lot larger than expected and spotless clean. Will recommend to others and would definitely stay again in the future.
T.Nice place to stay. It looks a little sketchy from the outside, but the rooms are spacious and ours had a kitchenette. The hotel is situated in walking distance from the downtown area and also down to the lake. There is a laundry room, but it should not be visited late at night or alone (it was pretty sketchy).
B.The price was fair, awesome spa bath, handy location, clean comfortable bed, heat pump, could do with a little tlc on the outside and inside. Otherwise the host were friendly and welcoming.

S.Good room and affordable only downfall was we noticed a few cockroaches in our room but there were alot of vines around the motel so probably where they came from.
J.Two weeks ago I was needing a place to stay with my Grandson while his sister was in hospital. Was a stressful time and last minute. The staff couldn't of been nicer. Very nice room with a large spa bath where my Grandson had a fun swim. Room was clean and tidy. Quiet area. King bed very comfortable. Thanks for the great stay :-)

A.Not the flashiest motel but clean, had comfortable beds, shower with decent temperature and power, units were warm but not overly hot. Had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Would go there again.

T.We stayed in this hotel for 5 days during our trip. All areas of the hotel were very clean. The ***ager was very professional in dealing with the problems. It is in a great location and not so congested. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort.
C.I love this place the staff are friendly nothing is a bother they go beyond the call of duty. It is a warm cozy home away from home feeling some maintenance is being done. Lake Point is walking distance from downtown Hamilton a quick walk to a lovely park and lake awesome for families I can't rate them high enough.
M.Just booked in after a long drive from auckland my car lights were playing up so I decided to book a room and rest for the night, The gentleman greater me at the front desk with a very professional and friendly manner given the time of the evening i found it a pleasure, He showed me too my room explained he always leave one room free for people at the hospital just incase which I thought was gesture to describe the charecter of the man.

S.A bit run down and sad. Overall good stay not much generosity with shampoo though. Beds keep moving when we get in them. Freev WiFi was good
a.Excellent place to stay, very close to the Waikato hospital. Like the name says the motel it self very close to the Hamilton lake.
Service is very good and reasonable price $$$
Have enough parking and fully paved with pavers. Super easy administration team makes our stay rememberable.
R.This motel was clean but very cold. NO heating. Hamilton can get very cold in the winter, down to 0 degs . To find no heating in a motel room in New Zealand is not good! The couch was ripped. I wouldnt stay here again. There are plenty of others to choose from near by.

R.The man in the office is awesome he even offered to come.pick me up from the hospital, the rooms are clean, affordable, close to the hospital, free WiFi and all the TV channels we loved it there. There's only 1 motel for me in Hamilton and that's the Lake point! !

A.Decor is a bit outdated (hence the 4 stars) otherwise friendly reception on arrival, big room, big bathroom, has everything I need for a good price. I'd stay here again.
P.Hi I stayed for one night at the Motel on Saturday just gone and I found this Motel to be a little outdated but very clean and tidy, the staff were very welcoming, apart from a huge group of Maori I think they were from a boxing team whom kept us up most of the night I had to make a complaint to the owners they were disrespectful could hear them from the other side of the Motel building if I had known they were staying I probably would've went somewhere else
