Great location, central to the shops and tourist sites. Travelled as a family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 children and room was suited to our stay. Clean, spacious and suffice entertainment to keep the kids happy. No cutlery or crockery aside from 4 glasses so would suggest taking these if necessary. Parking is limited however, everything was within walking distance due to location. Staff were accomodating and approachable especially with our requests regarding the children. For the price, well worth our money for 2 night stay! Will definitely be staying here when we return to Hamilton for future travels!

Nice tidy hotel in the centre of Hamilton.
Reception staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process were nice and speedy.
Room was tidy and had a nice view of the river.
Couple of small downsides:
- The room had a bit of a chlorine smell to it when we first entered. It may have just been because of Hamilton water, but it may also have been cleaning supplies or something
- There's only about ten parks so you definitely aren't guaranteed a park and it's busy outside with cars trying to get in and out. They do mention this in the email and sky city parking is close and affordable
Overall a nice and reasonably priced hotel. Thanks team

Very clean and well located in the heart of Hamilton Central. Lots of restaurants just within mins away if you prefer local food. We had family room, ample space for the children. Friendly staff, will come back again. Highly recommended.

Room was nice clean and modern, female staff were very nice and helpful, but male was rude and completely unhelpful, reserved room for 2nd night and was told nothing was available at 4 am after being told on check in it was and to come down and pay in half an hour. Had to remake booking online again, never met such a rude person in all my life. I work for heritage hotels in Auckland, we would never treat guests this badly.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean. Only 4 stars because of the lack of gluten free options on the menu. We were not able to dine here or use room service as there was nothing GF except a bowl of steamed vegetables, which I'm sure were delicious but I was looking for something a little more than a side order.

Incredibly clean. Easy to navigate. 5 star breakfast! Comfy bed. Best shower I've had in any hotel

Arrived with a bus group. Pleasant staff, arrival was easy, room was tidy , well laid out. We were expecting a couple of family members to have dinner, told no need to reserve, but when we asked to be seated , there was a forty minute wait, a bit disappointing. Breakfast was disorganised. No smorgasbord so we filled out forms on arrival what we wanted in the morning. I understand with the situation at the moment, they probably had to bring in temps. My only other concern, there appeared to be make up on my wife's pillow , which we didn't notice until morning . She is not wearing make up at the moment as she has recently had eye surgery

Great service, comfortable beds, no kitchenettes, so you may wish to have your own bottle water or the bathroom basin can be used to clean any dishes used, breakfast in the lobby is worth a visit. The room is small but if you are wanting to be in the middle of Hamiltons CBD awesome location.

I had been working outside all day and wanted someone light and refreshing for dinner. The kitchen made me an amazing fresh fruit salad even though it wasn't on the menu.
