E.Cheap place good for quick night stop over but nothing more, beds were comfy. You get what you pay for though. Good service, place looks nice on the surface but very dusty under the beds and on the side tables to the point you can actually see the dust settled. The bathroom needs a deep clean, with the floor scrubbed and the downpipe need to be cleaned as it let's out a horrid smell. The walls are extremely thin! You can hear everything! You can hear people showering. You can hear people walking around upstairs, talking and laughing. Most definitely needs carpet or something to break up the sound. You can also hear people walking down the hallway and the door to the hallway let's in a lot of light!
A.Very clean, newly decorated. Good pressure in the shower but no hooks or rails or anywhere to put toiletries. Toilet seat missing. Room was spacious. Includes table and 2 chairs.
G.I stayed 4 days at Uni Motel and I was surprised at the cleanliness ! there wasn't a single dirty spot in this little room. I really appreciated it. The bed was very comfortable! And the staff really smilling ! I recommend it 100%.
M.Best price in the area, and the staff were really helpful, even when my flight was massively delayed due to poor weather. The room is nice, and there is a supermarket nearby which makes getting food really easy. The bed is also very soft and comfortable.
Noise was a bit of a concern though
D.Stayed for one night on a work trip. Room was a very good size and had everything I needed and more. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Walls are quite thin and the blinds don't fully block out the street light but overall was a good stay. Friendly welcome and close to nearby shops.
A.Rooms were great. Clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Only complaint would be that noise from the room above ours travelled very easily through the ceiling. Their footsteps and conversation were very loud. Quite happy with the place overall.
l.Good value and recommended.
There is a variety of units, with the tidy larger suites more suited for a longer stay. The beds are comfortable and the lighting variable depending on unit type. Room service is excellent and the units are kept clean. Bathrooms are good. We liked having a separate toilet. Toiletries, which are of high quality, get replaced daily
G.The reason for our stay was to celebrate a friends 50th wedding anniversary. I felt our room lacked some facilities. 1 NO can opener 2. NO sharp knife in draw to cut fruit. 3. NO soap container in shower. 4 NO place to hang your towel in the bathroom. Staff in the office were very helpful. Over all we enjoyed our stay
A.The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very professional and caring. It is newly built building. The best part was a smart TV I could watch some clips using free broadband. I'm very satisfied and will be back next year.

S.We had a large family group to accommodate as we were attending a 21st birthday in Hamilton and the team at Uni Motel were super friendly and amazingly helpful when we had a little crisis! The rooms were spacious and immaculate but really it is the people who run this place that makes it special. Highly recommended. 👍👍

M.Clean, new, comfortable beds and spacious. 3 stars because walls and ceilings are thin. We were on ground floor, cud hear noise above and next to our room. Not very secured because front entrance was left unlocked all night.
M.I would recommend this motel i had great service absolutely amazed by the friendly staff and how clean everything was and definitely children friendly!

Z.Pretty nice rooms. They weren't very quiet though, lots of noise from other guests, the road. Also some minor issues like not having handsoap. Kitchen was pretty well equipped.

R.Really good accommodation with really comfortable beds and other kitchen accessories. The only bug bear was that the door is force closed everytime you go in and out. Especially when going out you have to take keys or you get locked out.

b.No road noise.very friendly but no one at reception when arrived just a note to say ring cellphone which was not really a good look .and ants everywhere .room was booked for 4 people but only three of all amenities in room

l.Nice big room but lacked saucepans and the shower was terrible! Held together with hair bands and the pressure was rubbish for hot water

T.Very nice place! Worked as an exhibitor and lived here during Fieldays, the staff is so friendly and patient and by the way the bed is way tooooo comfortable and I didn’t even want to wake up to go for exhibition the next morning...

Note that the parking is very tight and entry/exit requires care.
R.Good price with clean and tidy room. Not quite all the extras you'd expect, but would recommend for anyone on a quick stay in Hamilton.
