We stayed for 5 nights and had a absolutely brilliant stay. Excellent service. Room was big and very clean. Serviced every day. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good place to stay. Only thing is people / tyre kickers walk though the courtyard as a shortcut. Needs a Fence.And I wouldn't leave Belonging in your car.

Only stayed one night but we loved this place. Really friendly owner and room was really clean and nice and big. Even though on the main road noise didn’t seem to bother us. Would recommend

Upstairs room was spacious and comfortable. Spa bath in the middle of room is a bit weird, but why not? Bit close to a truck depot and traffic noise at night (burnouts) can be disruptive. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was cozy.

Great place to stay, exceptional service and the cleanest motel I’ve stayed in. A credit to the owners! Great location restaurants in walking distance and coffee next door . Very spacious rooms and great decor. Thanks for having me stay and will be back next trip to Hastings 😊

We had an upstairs unit which was clean and airy. I would have preferred a small deck area in which to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine rather then the large spa bath. The staff were great and very helpful. The only downside was the early wake up at 6.30am when the place next door ran an out door fitness class. There were occasional helicopter and ambulance noises but that was to be expected as it is located near the hospital.

Good service. Lovely big, clean rooms. Spa bath great. Issue to be aware of for others in similar situations - staying here with our toddler and found she could open the motel door and there is no chain or anything to prevent her going out so a bit scary as right on main roads at a roundabout and not fencing or gates. Something we hadn't thought of and will now be aware of for future holidays.

Such a lovely place to stay. It was the cleanest Motel I have seen and everything was do clean and tidy even inside the cupboards. We had breakfast and it was amazing and a great price. The couple that run the motel were so lovely and friendly as well. I will definitely be going there again and highly recommend it. It is so close to everything as well. 5⭐s from me that is for sure

Friendly and helpful service. Was on the corner by a roundabout so a wee bit of traffic noise, which was to he expected, and a lane to cross over to get in or out of the motel. Short drive to the supermarket. Facilities at the motel were of a clean standard with everything working as it should. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

A very well placed motel. Super clean, serviced each day. Well heated, extremely comfortable beds, offers breakfast brought to your room. Small kitchenette also. Some rooms have large well placed spa in room. Certainly good value for money.

I’ll be honest here, I needed a place over a few nights in Hastings and Cumberland was the only place I could find that had rooms for the whole time I needed, so if I had to stay somewhere with big comfy beds, heaps of space, a spa bath and really friendly managers, paid for by work - then so be it 🤷🏼‍♂️. Really happy with the place and thoroughly recommend it to anyone heading to Hastings 😊

Stay here when we are in Hastings/Napier for business. Central to town, Coffee Club literally next door. Always clean, tidy and motel management so helpful. Beds comfy, rooms spacious, room to spread out, work station, bags, etc.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our room was very clean! Ross is amazing! Just so friendly and helpful! He even washed poop off our car! We were able to make use of the gym and pool next door at no cost to us! Excellent accommodation and very central to everything! Definitely will come back again!

Room was great, clean and had a comfortable bed, spa bath. Unfortunately my room was at the end by the roundabout and 24hr petrol station so was very noisy at night. Don't book room number 1 or 2 if staying.

Had upstairs room. Room was clean and tidy, plenty of towels, spa bath takes longtime 2 full due 2 lack of water flow. Service was otherwise great dried and folded my washing. All in all a good experience.

It is a very nice place to stay in specially for 2 or more days. They got spa inside the unit, they got complete kitchenette, fridge, and 1 queen and single bed. It is very close to BP petrol station like across the road. You can order from then for your breakfast if you are lazy to cook. The toilet and room are clean. The only down side i see is if you have toddler with you and you are staying on the second floor it is quite dangerous because there is no fence and stairs are directly connected to your room. What we did was we barricade the entrance of the stairs with chairs and luggages

Host are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location. Lovely, spacious and clean room. Comfortable extra larger bed, heatpump, plenty of towels and a spa. Highly recommend staying here.

A very nice Motel, nice & clean with lovely welcoming hosts who took the time to point out to our group all the local attractions we may be interested in. We have to take our hats off to Ross the host who went out of his way to make us welcome. Easy location to find and close to the heart of Hastings, including both the hospital and luckiest lotto shop in the country. Easy to escape to Napier via the motorway or duck round the city to Havelock North. Spacious family rooms with spa baths.

This is such a sweet motel. Its clean, warm and family friendly. The managers were just too kind and very helpful. Recommended to others.

Everything was good upstairs is spacious with spa. The only issue is with the WIFI
