The owners are very welcoming and go above and beyond for their guests.The rooms were spotless, and beds very comfortable. I stayed there for a month while working at Hastings Hospital and enjoyed just having to walk across the road to get to work. I felt safe there. Definitely number 1 out of the many motels I have stayed in.

Amazingly quiet given it is across from the hospital. Beautifully clean, well set up and welcoming. The hosts are very keen to assist you, very helpful advice - even on nearby gyms! Very comfortable rooms and well placed in Hastings. Highly recommend.

Modern, very clean. Friendly service. Loved the aircon. No noise from other guests and the place was full. I had made an error in my booking by not entering the ages of my kids, so do not make the same mistake. Still, worth every cent.

Nice quiet place to stay Hosts are aprochable and friendly enough only downside is there are cooking facilities in the rooms but no extraction fans...be careful not to set of alarms lol

Visiting family who have been staying for 3 nights and really like Omahu Motor Lodge. Nicely finished rooms, only minus I could see was there were no lights over or by the single beds in the lounge, with the light switch by the door, well away from the beds; recipe for a broken toe if it was me sleeping there 😀

Fantastic customers service Amazing establishment. Very clean and well equipped. Even had a mini snack bar - which I thought was a brilliant idea. Breakfast was available when ordered the night before. Highly recommend

Although my circumstances of not being able to see or be with my mother overnight in the Hastings hospital would mean us showing up after closing times, it would be greatly appreciated for the last minute resort.
