Exceptional place to stay in the heart of Havelock North village. Service was impeccable, Katrina is so friendly and warm. Rooms exceptionally clean and well appointed. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Already booked a return visit!

Stayed here over the weekend and it was excellent. Finally a place that really knows how to clean! It was spotless and very well maintained. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very nice and spacious, lovely light bathroom and an absolutely amazing giant spa bath that the kids loved. Location is very good..literally a 2 min walk into the shops and cafes. Peaceful and quiet at night. We will def stay again. Good value for what you get. Also a shout out to Katrina the lovely Manager who is warm and friendly and was helpful from the get go!

Was awesome from the very start to the end!!! Greeted with a lovely smile and welcomed to the Motel Rooms were very clean, warm, looked beautiful!! Kids loved the beds, best sleep they have had at a Motel ever Thankyou very much and we will definitely be back next time we stay in the Bay!!!!

One of the best motels that I’ve ever stayed! The location is handy and there are great restaurants within walking distance. Super friendly host & staff and beautifully clean rooms. Last minute booking for us and the owners were AMAZING! Went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. Our room was lovely, warm and clean. Spa bath was the best and the location was even more desirable as it was a short few minutes walk to town. We’ll definitely be recommending this motel to family and friends :)

We had a two bedroom apartment. The beds were nicely made every day and benches tidied. No vacuum though. The whole place was very cold, even with the heat pump on full heat mode. It seemed like the heat pump was either not serviced, or was due to be replaced. We had to wear layers of clothing and blankets to keep warm. The master bed dipped away on one side so you had to sleep a lot closer to the middle of the bed without feeling like your slipping out of bed. Other than that, the unit was nice enough.

Awesome place to stay. Clean, warm, had everything that we needed. Wonderful Host. Very helpful. We were down attending a wedding 6am, but the weather wasn't to good. Later time, 8am. All over by 10 am, lucky for us they allowed us in Early. Left Hamilton 1.30am. Arrived at the family gathering by 5.15am, so yes, we were very tired. Thank You so much 'HARVEST LODGE' HAVELOCK North, Hastings. We will definitely be back....

What a welcome! Was just like being greeted like family. Even cuddles with the resident fur buddy Rosie. Lovely, clean and very comfortable unit with everything we needed for our over night stay for a wedding. Would recommend this accomodation to anybody needing to stay in Havelock North. This is a lovely motel. The hosts are really friendly and accommodating and the rooms are really big and immaculately clean. They are also situated walking distance to some shops in Havelock North but also a very short drive to Hastings. This was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely stay here again

Having regular travel both nationally and globally it is with great passion that I recommend staying here. With no restaurants or cafes open due to Covid 19, the owners offered to help with both dinner and breakfast, the result of which was more than you would expect at one of the local restaurants. This level of hospitality is rarely seen and will make any traveller feel at ease.

Harvest Lodge has been my Hawkes Bay HQ for over 15 years. The accommodation is always clean, tidy and fresh. Catrina and her Team are only too happy to help if you need anything and when there might be a minor issue it is always fixed promptly. Location is superb being in close proximity to all the Havelock North food options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harvest Lodge as your first choice stay in the Bay. Super clean, super convenient, well laid out room, welcoming - easy recommendation for a stay in the Village. A two minute walk to the village.||Motel owner walked us to the room - put milk in the fridge and turned the heater on - what else could you ask for?

This is my first motel in Havelock stated at and worth every dime. I absolutely loved it. Greeted by Katrina, she is so lovely. Had a studio room. Easy parking straight at the door. As you walk in you are greeted with a refreshing pleasing scent. The whole setting of the room is classy, has the whole modern vibe going. The bathroom is lovely, the spa tub is so spacious and so delighted there was ample towels. It's walking distance to town. Honestly stayed at a few motels in the North Island and this is now one of my favourites. Shall return.
