R.Fantastic Hotel. great location, swimming pool was perfect at the end of a warm day. The rooms were extremely clean, well equipped kitchen. Lynne and Neville are very welcoming, gave us lots of advice where to go, good restaurants, fruit picking and places we could take our dog. One of the only hotels allowing dogs which meant we could take our 4 legged friend away.
P.Very friendly and helpful owners. Rooms are clean and comfortable, showers great and good air-conditioning. MySky including sports and movies very useful too to keep up with the news, sports etc.
A.We loved this place. It was very nice and clean, friendly hosts and we were able to take our little dog. It is close to town/eateries and local attractions.

D.David and I would like to give a shout out to this awesome place Wine Country Motel, Havelock North 😍 If you have a furbaby that you want to take on holiday go here! Neville and Lynne (the owners) treat you like family. We loved our little chats with Neville, he always had the time to stop what he was doing and ask us how our day was. Ember was treated as royalty and got many pats. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable (with aircon) David and I enjoyed sitting out on our little patio in the evening drinking adult beverages. The motel location was great and centrally located amongst the vineyards. Yay. We had no issues with taking Ember with us to different venues, we just called beforehand to make sure they were dog friendly. She did not cramp our style. The dog walks in Hastings are incredible with alot of them under tree cover in this heat. Thank you Neville and Lynne for the wonderful stay. We will be back 🥂🍻 Highly recommended +++

E.Excellent motel for business, couples and families alike. We had a great time at Wine Country with our family of 5. The room was clean, tidy, modern, spacious and warm with a lovely heat pump. The owners were amazing and very helpful with any questions or requests. The laundry room is handy for holiday washing and the pool is a real bonus (a shame it was winter for us). Rooms are well thought out and parking a plenty. We would certainly recommend for a trip to the Hawke’s Bay with very fair prices and a great stay!!!
B.Superb, clean and tidy, room was immaculate.
We were very happy with our stay and Tom and Kim went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Then breakfast, omg, Kim suggested the bene the night before and we went with this.. it arrived bang on 8am and was the most amazing bene I have ever had, served not on toast but a large home made hashbrown or potato rosti. Will definately stay here again. Highly recommend.
M.Small conference room the food was okay but on Saturday afternoon there was a pool party right by our conference and it was very distracting I probably wouldn't book there again but okay value for money

B.A group us mostly motorcyclists stayed at this fine establishment last Saturday.Easy to book, flexible in changes, superb service and presentation and a great events room. Deserves a 10 star rating. Absolutely top class establishment.
D.I spent 3 nights here with my two young daughters. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. The 1bedroom was spacious, clean and quiet. Highly recommend if you are staying in the HB.

A.Best motel I've ever stayed at. The hosts were very friendly and relaxed, rooms were clean and quiet and the bbq area by the pool was brilliant. They looked after our group of families really well. Highly recommended.
C.I've stayed here a few times for work, there is a restaurant and swimming pool. The spa baths are divine, rooms look great. Extra blankets and soft towels. Lots of parking. But the best part is the lady at reception, she is so lovely and very friendly, makes you feel very welcome.
d.Absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful and had everything you could want or need. the eggs Benedict for breakfast is out of this world good (highly recommend) and Kim and Tom are an absolute delight. Will definitely be back.
D.After reading all the good reviews, the wife and I gave it a go and pleased to say all the good reviews on google etc are justified. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day. We went to Craggie wines for dinner which was nice too. Owners are great as well, so we will use this motel always when visiting this area.
H.Beautiful place to stay. Beds are so comfortable, has everything you need and so worth the price. Only thing is theres only 1 washing machine and dryer so you had to wait if it was in use. Other than that we loved our stay, the owners were friendly and we will definitely will rebook when we come back next year

b.Great atmosphere here...love staying....hosts are great , rooms are sweet....apart from no fans for cooking...seems to be the normal for most hotels/motels in the north...wonder about the south island

You offer brilliant value for money the rooms are are great serviceable with all guests could need.Your menu is delicious. Your helpful nothing is a problem attitude has us looking forward to coming back we will definitely be regulars.You shared your knowledge of Havock and all its wonderful beaches vineyards and must see and do's whilst in here in the gorgeous sunny Havelock North and we certainly did see and fo all you suggested. As far as accommodation is concerned and service I undoubtably give you 10 out of 10.

V.We stayed there for just 1 night. Room was quite spacious, neat and clean - well organized kitenatte, would like to stay again.
P.While on holiday in Australia we were advised our house was flooded due to a broken water pipe, thank goodness for insurance, when we got home carpets were dry, however the walls still needed 60 hours of drying. As from Thursday till Saturday we had to stay in a motel due to excessive noise. We managed to get a motel at the Wine Country Motel in Havelock North, what a magnificent place to stay and what Excellent Host Tom and Kim Dickinson are, we would recommend them and their Wine Country Motel to anyone looking to stay in Hawke's Bay. Star rating would have to be 12 out of 10.
W.Had a lovely stay at wine country motel, comfortable clean rooms, refreshing pool and friendly staff. Great location for wineries and Te Mata Peak. Our only suggestion is to install air con for the summer heat, it got quite toasty overnight despite the fan. Thanks for an awesome stay!
H.Wonderful motel, with large, extremely clean rooms. Bathroom was roomy with good shower and plenty of hot water. Will stay here again and would definately recommend to other travellers.
K.Quite popular place is usually full. There is a small swimming pool good for families with kids. Indoor area where cars are parked as well as kids can play around. Rooms are decent size with shower and toilets in the room. Rooms do not have aircon or fans, they do provide fans but even in summer I didn't need fan as it gets cold at night. Good place close to attractions.

We have a 1 bedroom unit with a separate lounge room and a kitchenette. Very convenient. Very comfortable. No AirConditioning though. But, even here in February, it doesn't really get that hot. Very friendly managers. I recommend it. Free 400mb wireless a night.
