V.Love this place! I have been staying here for the last 2-3yrs every month or so for work. I continue to choose to stay here as its always extremely clean, well presented and I can park my car right outside my room. It’s handy to town and the staff are very kind. Great value for money, highly recommend staying here.

Always super clean and smelling fresh. Owners friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds which isn't easy to find for accommodation that us well price pointed. I've been staying here for years and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
H.We stayed there after New Year. Had a really nice stay. Friendly and helpful staff recommended a lot of things what we can do in Invercargill, and also some nice restaurants. Extremely tidy and clean unit with super comfortable beds. Highly recommended.
E.I have been staying here for 8 years on a fortnightly basis for work . The service is always great . The rooms are always clean and tidy and kept warm in winter on arrival .

E.Lovely clean and tidy accommodation for overnight stay.
D.Stayed overnight twice. Basic motel rooms. Just by the main road, but good sound insulation as long as you keep windows closed. Unfortunately our second room had a very strong smell of disinfectant aimed at overpowering a smell from bathroom drain.
Great to have one free transfer to airport, be aware that this needs to be booked a couple of days before arrival.
s.Great place to stay. Clean, has everything you need, really good shower pressure, comfy bed. Love that you can watch YouTube and Netflix through the TV.
G.Fantastic motel in a very handy location near the main town centre only a couple of minutes away by car. The units are clean and comfortable plus being well maintained. The kitchenette is suitable with everything you require if you want to cook. The bathroom has a shower and toiletries are supplied, there is also a heater in the bathroom and air conditioning in the unit. The owner is very nice and drove us to the airport for our flight to Stewart Island. Her husband collected us on our return, a very good service indeed. If you are ever staying in Invercargill then I have no hesitation in recommending the Admiral Court Motel as a great place to stay.
R.A little dated (maybe an 80s build?) but everything you need in a motel and extremely well kept and clean with good complementary wifi. Great, comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.

T.What a great place to stay. Very clean and tidy the beds are super comfy excellent showering lots of pressure and hot water. Very friendly staff would highly recommend. Just be aware of a little road noise being on the main road, otherwise 10 out of 10.

I.Very friendly staff and owner. Super comfortable bed with warm electric blanket. Kitchen with cooking and dining ware. Very clean and tidy. Unlimited free wifi! We stayed 3 nights in 3 different rooms. Loved our stay there ^_^
C.We had the three bedroom house. The space was great and the place was clean but the amenities let the place down. Only two burners worked on the stove. A hole in the floor in the 3 bed bedroom and the bathroom had mouldy tile grout with cheap vinyl flooring. No cabinet or vanity space in the bathroom which we found awkward to get ready with no place to put anything. The beds were terrible to sleep on and consist of single beds. So the king size bed was two twins pushed together and as a couple we felt like the bed would split in two.
K.I’ve stayed here countless times over the past couple years, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Amazing customer service. I’ve always enjoyed my stay! Recommend if your in town for business or pleasure.
P.This is quite a nice motel with large couch and two lounge chairs, and a small dining table. There was reasonable kitchen implements, a cook top and microwave. There was a separate bedroom which is always a nice feature we like to have in accommodation.
My review ratings try to be consistent and very rarely allocate a 5. Any that I give a 3 rating is good and am happy to stay there again.
S.I know its a Motel but we came without car believing have a shuttle service as ad on there website been told later only available 8 hours ahead arrivals at office hours,taxi is $26 Airport Motel
S.Great value option for Invercargill!
This is an older style motel room in a great location just on the edge of Invercargill's CBD. Although the motel was on a busy road, our room was reasonably quiet. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was a well equipped kitchenette. We had everything we needed - good shower, tea/coffee making facilities, WiFi and TV. This is a great value option for Invercargill and the staff are really friendly and helpful too.

r.Was off to a bad start through a rude fill in receptionist re bad internet. But met Ivy the owner next day and very very impressed. A wonderful welcoming friendly lady. Thank you Ivy. We will definitely stay with you next visit to Invercargill. Keep up your friendly smile. Russell and Ziding.

RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OUT TOWN. THE MOTEL HAD ALOT OF SMALL UNITS AS WELL BUT WE STAYED IN THE MAIN OLD HOUSE.
