B.It's been a while since I last stayed here but it is still great value for money. Quick and easy check-in.
I stayed in the 1 bedroom room. The lounge/kitchen and bathroom are a good size (great water pressure). The bedroom contains double bed and there isn't much room left over, but there is a second TV in there.
Netflix is available on the lounge TV, however I had trouble this time getting it to stay working. Hopefully just an internet issue.
Would be happy to stay here again.
W.Stayed in a Superior 2 bedroom apartment, which was modern and reasonably priced. The motel is conveniently located, close to the airport, supermarkets and Queens Park. Apartment comes with Netflix and Sky Sports. Ultra fast unlimited wifi available. Booked through Booking.com, highly recommended
K.Not a great place. While cleanliness was OK, the place needs serious upgrade. Bit far from CBD and owner was neither friendly nor welcoming. I would say you will get better place in same or similar price.

l.Lovely warm clean rooms. Great kitchenette with everything you need jug, tea,coffee,toaster,microwave etc.

A.Lovely little motel we had the apartment with two bedrooms. Perfect for our family. Great to have a tv in both bedrooms. Great sitting room dining and kitchen. Spacious .

D.The people were friendly. Our room was tidy, smart, spacious and warm. We had all mod cons. Very comfortable. Everything was a pleasure. 3-night visit. While we were out our dishes were done.
Will certainly be here next trip.
J.This place has no pretensions to grandeur but it was clean and spacious compared to many more modern motels. It had a full kitchen and comfortable separate lounge. Located in a quiet street. I was traveling for work and would happily stay here again.
R.Unlimited wifi solid Internet connection. Netflix in rooms and plenty of space in rooms. Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Full kitchen in room and free use of a washing machine. Been on the road for 3 weeks and feeling very happy and relaxed staying there. Highly recommended. Warm and comfortable in the evenings

c.Great little motel. The room was way bigger then what we were expecting. The lady at reception was so lovely and nice and still had a smile on her face even know we turned up super late. 😁 I would recommend this place highly
l.Stayed here 4 nights. Staff were friendly but they were renovating a room next door and we were doing night shifts. we were disturbed by builders hammer drilling nearly every morning which was frustrating. They could of offered us another room but didn't.
W.Best motel/hotel experience ever! The owners are really nice and I truly felt I have been taken care of. I love Invercargill and Colinial Motel! I love Sam and Daniel! They are my best friends God damn it!

T.This is a one of a kind stay from a bygone era. A truly kiwi batch from a nostalgic past. Beautifully maintained,kind hosts and just great. The ambience of invercargill is unique and this places adds a great demension to it.

A.Clean warm room, welcoming staff, comfortable bed with decent pillows, electric blankets. Super quiet.
H.Conveniently located close to town, supermarkets and the public pool. Not too expensive and not too noisy. On the downside it looks a bit tired. Staff is friendly though. I would go there again should we make it back to town
