Owner is lovely and friendly. Unit was spotlessly clean - decor in bathroom and kitchen could do with updating. Would stay again though

We were so comfortable here. The rooms are decorated well, very clean and enormous with a full kitchen, unlimited Wifi and everything else you need.Their is laundry facilities too. Its close to everything with a phone box on the road out the front and a few doors down their is convenience store and fuel station and 1 minute drive away is a supermarket.We stayed an extra night as it was the best accommodation we have stayed at in NZ for the price. Very affordable rates. Highly recommend staying here .Great for families. All the staff and the owners are so friendly and helpful.We are reluctant to leave and would stay longer if we had more time.

One of the nicest motels I've ever stayed at. There were tissues and a hairdryer in the bathroom, complimentary plunger coffee, and the staff did the dishes when they cleaned our room (which we didn't expect at all!). My one recommendation is, if booking through AA, phone the office to explain your booking - a lot of the information I included in the online booking didn’t make it through to the motel owner, including the number of guests and that we were arriving late on the last flight of the day.
