Loved our site right next to facilities, everything very clean and tidy and a good location out of town. We didn't see a playground? But weren't there that long so maybe there was one further away from where we were. Thanks guys, good luck for the season!

This has to be the cleanest best presented holiday park in New Zealand and I have stayed in a lot. Friendly welcome was even shown site options nice tidy grounds. Highly recommend this place.

Quiet rural location just outside northern boundary of Invercagill. Quiet super clean modern facilities. Motels and campsites situated in beautiful garden setting.

Our visit was an overnighter in a campervan. We used the laundry, it was only $2 a load to wash, and $2 for 20 minutes for the dryer! The showers we're spacious and clean, there was even a heater on the wall to use. The camp kitchen was also functional and clean. The lady at the front was pleasant and very helpful, showing us points of interest in the area. We enjoyed our brief stay.

A good place to stop en route to the Caitlins. A well looked after site, plenty of grass and shade with very clean toilets and kitchen

A bit dated only one old BBQ and one cook top it just ok

The gentleman at reception was very helpful and lovely to deal with. The camp ground was well kept and east to get around. The shower and toilet blocks were extremely clean and tidy. Highly recommend this place.

This camp ground is not really suitable for caravans, as the sites are very small. Most sites that are allocated to caravans do not have space to park your car alongside and certainly do not have space for an awning. There are also too few trees to give overhead shade. Therefore, I would say that it is most suitable for overnight stays for campervans and motorhomes.

Great accommodation at a very reasonable price, very good clean facilities also. Safe play area for children and the park has a very country feel which we appreciated. Another highlight is the very friendly Polly!

A very nice clean and tidy camp.very nice surroundings and very friendly staff. Just a short distance to the city. A pleasure to stay at and will definitely be going back. Would definitely recommend.

Good clean facilities, as expected. Slightly more expensive compared to the camp sites in the area but worth it for the modern nice facility. The spots are small, we did camp but there was only one other tent. The grass area is nice and flat. Unisex bathroom and shower was interesting. There are multiple bathrooms and kitchens around the site, not one big crowded one found at most holiday parks.

This was again a stopover we did before we started out Caitlin's area drive. We were as usual quite late in booking a holiday park so did a walk on and this was on the only places which bad vacancy around that area and alot of vacancy. Invercargill is a small town located with a lot of farms around. They have a motorbike shop which is quite popular to visit. The staff here was the most friendliest that I have come across in whole New Zealand. They told us what to do and what route to take going forward and this is how we discovered the scenic southern highway and chased the waterfalls. They have an amazing map of all the places on that route. Keep atleast two days to drive peacefully on that route. Lastly, the holiday park was very spacious and had two kitchen facilities being shared between people. Quite nice and appreciable. It was neat and clean. They have room as well if you are looking. Enjoy your trip.

Excellent. The staff were very helpful and saved us a lot of time when. We booked our milford sound trip through them. They explained that we needed to book ahead of time for any cruises. And they were right. Can't say enough about how good they were. One of the best motels/top 10s in the South Island

Probably the best Top 10 I have stayed in. It's quiet and not too large. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are new an kept clean. The non-powered / tent sites are very nice and lots of privacy.

All top 10 Holiday parks so far at the same high standards. Clean and space enough for the campervan. I recommend to buy at your first visit the member card for 49 dollar with gives you 10 % discount on every stay. Also 15 % discount of the wellington ferry so you get your membership fee back easily

The best holiday park I hv stayed... well maintained, quiet, kitchen is sparkling clean, other facilities like shower and wifi is good as well, the best value. PS: Washer and dryer are sooo helpful after a long journey!!! Will definitely come back again!

It's ok but not as good as the other Top10's we have stayed at. Got stuck in our first site with the camper and had to park away from the facilities.

Lovely well-equipped site with friendly helpful staff. When our van had a problem they recommended a reliable local garage. Good position just outside the town.

A motel in a holiday part with ***y caravans. Not far from the city center. The price we paid for one room should have two bedrooms in other cities in NZ. For next trips, better use Top Ten Holiday Park for caravan.

Best site we've stayed at in South Island by far! 3 miles from town centre, quiet, great facilities, lovely hosts.

Well laid out. Plenty of room on sites. Modern clean facilities.

The cabins are very nice but the location of the Holiday park is quite far from the downtown area. I only recommend staying here if you have your own transportation.

Amazing place to stay will stay again if we need to, the owner was very informative on everything from restaurant to real estate, the unisex bathrooms we're very well cared for and very clean we slept in a single cabin that could house four people contained a heater table and chairs a kettle and a little bar fridge cutlery plates and cups a TV and the normal catalogue of all you need to know about Invercargill.

Nice motor camp in countryside just out of town. Very clean modern bathrooms even flowers in ladies. Friendly service.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The motel units are very comfortable, modern and spacious. And the price is very reasonable too.

Although it was very busy in Invercargill at this particular time, they granted us a place at theirs (Motel Unit) and it was great! very new, modern, and comfy units with everything you need.
