We were his first pizza wedding. Which our guests and I really enjoyed. Amazing staff. Great music. Romantic atmosphere. Absoulotly would recommend for any wedding in north land!

Members of our group felt uncomfortable with behaviour of other patrons. 3 stars seems too harsh, 4 seems too generous.

J. P.Generous and good! Family meal at the Three Furs. Very busy but we were served in very good time. When we go back we'll order less as the quantities were very big. We tried two of the pastas and two of the steak meals plus two starters. They were all good. Loved the rustic chunky wooden tables.
B. D.Bloated after one meal, the Lamb Shanks good, kids meals are very decent, and are more than enough for kids, platters could have been more advertising for the price but fed the family, so very grateful.
Service was nothing out of the ordinary, but cool & very helpful, which made our night easier.
We were given a seperate part to the restaurant, which was arranged prior to that evening, and I must say I was very happy with the room as it was heated, lighted up, had music & a screen for showing pictures, also fits up to 80 people.
The overall experience was a good one and I would recommend using the space we did for a celebration.

P. P.Set amongst nice surroundings this place is well setup and on a rainy Sunday was busy. The options are very pub classic and we grabbed a drink each while we waited. We'd ordered pizza and loaded wedges and the options were very generous, however the pizza base was very doughy and while the wedges were generous we felt the price versus the end product left us feeling like it wasn't great value. There was nothing really wrong with the whole experience, it just want anything I'd rush back for
L. C.We were one of two large birthday groups, the place grew busier and busier but the service didn't diminish. The kids had room to be kids (great kids area for them to hang or visit), food was great, atmosphere was energetic, and, can I say it again, the service was excellent! We never felt neglected, and the team was really responsive with clearing away, and actually talked to you. Our four year old made a marathon out of eating his meal, I was asked once if he was finished with it, and said he was grazing, so no one simply whipped it away, and he got to eat his meal. Respectful. This is what happens when you have a well oiled machine! Thanks, we'll be back!

S. B.Packed restaurant on a Sunday arvo yet we were welcomed in and found a lovely table. Service was fast efficient, friendly and attentive. Haven't seen wait staff run in years. Impressive!! Food was superb. Great selection, great portions and divine tasting. Great value for money. All in all a great experience. We will return.

M. J.Went to Three Furlongs today to meet with friends, have a meal, and listen to Country Western Music, in the courtyard bar which is all set up with a stage etc., for a band to entertain you. We had a lovely afternoon, having drinks and listening to music. Drinks were great, food was magnificient lovely afternoon all round. I had a plate of wedges with ham, cheese, and sour cream. The plate was so full I could only eat half of it. They gave me a container in to take it home, so I could heat it for my next meal, and it only cost 12.00 So I really had a great day today.

S. W.We held a birthday celebration at the 3 Furs. The service was very good, friendly and the food absolutely gorgeous. Generous helpings and well presented. There were some mix-ups with some orders which sometimes happens with a large group (30). We really appreciated the staff's willingness to allow us to use the space in our own way - table for cake and photos, sound system for our own jam session. Our Auckland 'anau/aiga loved it. We'll be back!
L. S.This was my first time to, Three Furlong in Kaiwaka, it was a lovely, cosy Sports Bar Restaurant.. I found it a very friendly and nice place, Staff were great, with lovely inviting smiles and manners.
As for the Food!! For me Personally, it was a Wow! Factor! What I ordered and received, I couldn't really Falter! From my Starter to my Dessert.. It was just mouth watering Yummy 😋 😋 😋 😋
My only, change or request would be, for my Duck main. If I could have it served with Salad and mashed kumara or spuds instead of Rice.. as I felt that it didn't go with the lovely flavour of the Duck dish.
But of course this is my own opinion.
I really did enjoyed my Dinner.

R. G.An absolute gem! Nothing beats stopping at a good pub on a long drive North, but I did not expect to be blown away by the Three Furlongs as I was! Other than being slightly overcrowded, as any good pub should be, all aspects of the experience were excellent. The service was incredible considering the number of people, the variety of beers and wine available means no one is without a preferred beverage and the food was way above any expectation I could have had! It is not often I travel that far North but I would gladly do so again simply for a beer at the Three Furlongs!
