R. F.We recently stayed with Gavin and Evelyn for a period of time. They were friendly and accommodating. The premises were clean and spacious and Handy to town but not in town. The property was well frequented but not not busy or had noisy neighbors. It was cleaned regularly well stocked , and cosy for the extended period we were there. Highly recommended if you need to stay in Levin.
D. L.My husband and I had 60th birthday for a close friend of my husband. It was also our anniversary on the Sunday that was the weekend of the 20th-21st of November we went done on the Friday and stayed the weekend. Our room was very clean and tidy the bed comfortable and as for the shower it was awesome. The next time we are in Levin for the weekend we will definitely try and get a room here.

N.Older but spacious type of motel with friendly hosts. Noisy during the evening but quietened down overnight so I was able to sleep well. Good enough and lots of streaming service options available.

S. W.2 nights. Studio unit had been refurbished with fresh paintwork and new carpet. Full Sky TV, efficient heat pump, well equipped kitchenette, good shower & very comfortable bed made for a very pleasant stay. Host Gary was friendly, communicative & professional. Noise from overnight trucks & trains may bother some. We'll be back. Recommend.
E. G.Friendly service and clean rooms. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was very spacious. Lovely to have a big table, couch, toaster, plunger and plunger coffee and a cooktop as well as all the usual stuff. The spa bath was a nice treat too. Very quiet staying here. I would recommend this motel.
v. b.Lovely and clean , will never go cold with a lovely wall heater and electric blanket on the bed,(especially with winter on its way, and the bed is comfortable. And thank you Bassingers Motel, for not having white towels...
Lovely to see Mobility car parks available and also Mobility showers. Lovely staff to talk to..
Ready to sleep and a horrible noise get louder and louder...Train!!!! Eeek!! Not much sleep, seems like the trains are coming past the Motel all hours of the morning.
M. G. W.Room was clean loved the spa bath, good value for our money, very warm inside our room especially as we stayed during the start of winter.
C. G.I stayed here for 7 weeks during lockdown for work. It was awesome like a home away from home. The hosts left me little Easter eggs at easter time, worked around my shift times and I could not recommend them enough. Lockdown is hard on everyone but they made it easy for me. Room was lovely, super hot hard pressured shower which I soooo needed. Quiet and super clean. Levin has a little gem here.Thank you for your kindness to me during a bloody tough time. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

J. S.A very pleasant stop over. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The kitchenette was full of appliances though we didn't need them.
Only downside was the very loud freight trains nearby but you can't help that in Levin.
I would recommend Bassingers Motor Lodge.

Z. A.Located on the main road in Levin. What nice and clean. A king bed with ensuite. Single spa bath was ok, nothing to brag about. Was provided with a complementary milk. Free hot chocolate, coffee and biscuit where horrible.

T. R.Manager was friendly, rooms were clean, we'll stocked cupboards, milk provided and a few toiletries. Train noise needs to be considered if you are a light sleeper.

L. W.Nice clean motel and rooms, lots of parking, be aware that you will be able to hear the trains going past during the night but if you are a deep sleeper then you may not. Overall a nice place to stay and I am booked in to stay again
