S.We had a lovely modern, spacious unit with a separate bedroom. Delighted with the cleanliness and high standard. Thank you to the receptionist for the warm welcome. Our stay was 2 nights but it would have been a pleasure to stay longer. Within easy walking distance to the Famous Grouse Hotel who serve lovely food.

I.The best place I have stayed at! Amazing service, so accommodating and the owners were very kind even dropping us off to our destination when we couldn’t find a taxi. Highly recommend, great room aswell.
H.Great 2 bedroom unit with plenty of room - the bathroom was huge! We stayed 5 nights and found the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating with requests. Very quiet. Also enjoyed the cafes and eateries in Lincoln. Everything exceeded our expectations!
J.My wife, infant and I stayed here during corona. Craig and his wife are absolute gems. They were very accommodating and friendly - engaging while keeping distance. Really they were the perfect hosts.
Not only that the rooms are modern and facilities on the high end putting hotels to shame.
We can not recommend enough staying with Craig and his wife (sorry I forgot her name) and wish them the best for their future.

P.Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Great if you are working at University or Landcare Research for a few days. Only irritation is neighbouring houses, two nights of loud music and drunkards is a bit much. This is not of course, the fault of the Motel owners. I strongly recommend motel.

M.I am here to attend a conference at Lincoln University. This motel is just on the walking distance from the University. I just checked in today, receptionist lady is very friendly, hotel is nice and clean. Coffee shops, new world shopping mall, and restaurants are at few minutes walk. Lincoln University is less than 10 minutes walk.
M.Nice hotel! Everything is new the rooms are really clean and with enough space they have air conditioner, Sky TV, and the bed is really comfortable.
