M.We had a house fire and needed somewhere urgently. It is a family run motel and everyone is so nice and caring. Really central for us with heaps of free off street parking. We have newly refurbished unit king size bed, friendly and attentive house keeping. As nice as the units are, the highlight and clincher for us was the attitude and thoughtfulness of Bev and her team.
H.It's ok I guess. nothing to write home about. it was busy, new year's eve, and the staff member was pretty busy so no doubt the mistake was genuine. They accidentally charged someone else due to racial profiling. When I went to pay. they said we already paid which I was pretty confused about. But I had by then stayed and paid for many hotels on our travels.. I only realised the mistake next morning after we had gone somewhere else. I decided to drive back and pay them. Ended up charging us for a room we didn't sleep in. However all's well that ends well.
P.The lady who runs this lodge is honestly the nicest person you'll ever meet. The facilities are excellent, the room was spotless, and the whole place is cosy and makes you feel right at home. If you're looking for accommodation I highly recommend you stay at the fern hill lodge!
V.The staff were very good. My room was a little bit hot during the day, and could have done with air con. It was fine at night though, so had a good sleep.
I.Nice, clean & warm, very comfortable double bed, managed to get a room for 2 adults last minute late in the evening, very helpful & friendly staff.
E.I am a amputee and use the disabled accommodation that is provided. I am helped from the time of arrival and my departure. Great service from the owners and staff. So friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my stay at the Fernhill Motor Lodge.
T.Very friendly Hosts and very helpfull even after hours when I arrived after 9:30pm.
Room was clean and tidy and had a great breakfast delivered on time and hot.
