Loved it. Clean and tidy. Crazy water pressure in the shower. Easy walking to Jackson Street. Comfortable bed.

A little bit worn looking, but neat. Close to the sea. Seems conveniently located.

Found the unit a little 'old' thou comfortable, and clean Non smoking an off for me, as yes a fagger lol Service nice welcoming, benefit it close walk to shopping areas

It is great value for money. The rooms have plenty of room. The bathroom is big. The place is tidy. Bed comfortable. Only challenge close to a busy road. Ask for a room that is not on the main road.

Extremely clean, handy place to Jackson street shopping, train, buses, plenty variety of different ethnic eateries, just a 5min flat walk everywhere, and very quiet, daily change of fresh clean towels, top up coffee and tea bags too. Lovely and polite hosts, thanks to the cleaner, you are GREAT in what you do, keep it up dear, wish there are lots of you in this world, honesty in your work goes a long way for you in this life. God bless you, be fruitful and multiply.

It was a room for a night between meetings and although nothing flash it was clean and tidy and located in Central Petone so suited me very well. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants so . Happy with my stay.

Parking is pretty tight I was working nights when I got to motel at 5.30 am found it hard to park outside the room

Not flash, but not trash either. Accommodating motelier who met our needs for late arrival. Our room offered the basics for an easy and comfortable stay... clean and tidy, simple furnishings. Lots of dining choices just down the road and the Wellington Harbour foreshore across the road. Will be staying here again in a month on our return from touring South Island...

Your website states off street parking but when I rang to let you know that we didn't have a carpark out the front of our room, I was told that no allocation for carparks were given to rooms as they are all free and if we couldn't find a carpark then we would have to park on the road. We managed to squeeze the car into a space by the smoking area sign. I've never stayed in a motel where you have to park on the road and don't have a park. We had 2 rooms between us and not 1 car park. Also there is no curtain on bathroom window so people from buildings behind could see in, yes there's a tinted window but with the light on, there's no privacy. The room was clean, nothing flash, but that's totally fine. Bed was really comfy, wifi not the best as kept lagging. The rooms do need some attending to as tap was wiggly and hard to turn on in kitchen in our room. Towel rail came apart when l moved the towel, as it was loose. We just don't think it was worth $155. Its more like a truck stop than a motel. Alright for a pass through overnight stay. Sorry but we wouldn't recommend this motel. The lady at the counter was really lovely and helpful though.

Standard motel room, nice clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Laundry on site. Reasonable prices, would stay here again.

Foreshore motor lodge is a quaint little motel best suited for a weekend getaway in my opinion ,the cooking facilities in the units are standard, toaster , microwave, and kettle but with saying that your only a short stroll to the hub of Petone with restaurants & cafes ,bars your options are endless

Stayed here as had a car and bicycle. Good location, nice unit and off street parking. Close to Jackson St (lots of food options) and just across the road from the brilliant Seashore Cabaret Cafe.

I've stayed at the Foreshore Motor Lodge a couple of times before and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are affordable, the staff are very helpful and the location right by the beach is incredible. Will be going back sometime for sure.

Close to the town easy to walk to restauranrs. but Noisy from the road . Not clean .

Very basic, tired fittings and decor. No extras provided eg. X2 towels only for double room. Clean, pleasant staff.

I would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone who intends to stay a few nights great customer service, greeted and very close to the shore which is amazing.
