R.In the morning, you can run along the waterfront and enjoy the sea view, and then you can go back to the hotel’s street to enjoy coffee and breakfast. I like this place very much and it makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable. It is very convenient to drive to the centre of Wellington in no more than 20 minutes. The hotel service is very good, friendly staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
M.Positives: The rooms are modern with a good amount of amenities in a decent location in Petone. Many movies are available free of charge through the TV.
Negatives: When we checked in we found a shirt from a previous guest in the room. This made us think they had not been thoroughly cleaned. The on-site manager came and offered us another room, but when we got there we discovered that it had no air conditioning. I get that there likely wasn't anything else available, but this downgrade was not explained to us. We also had several issues with the TV system and had to call the front desk. Eventually we just gave up and used Netflix on a laptop. Also, despite all the signs posted that both staff and guests had to wear masks throughout the facility, the on-site manager didn't have one until we asked him about this. Maybe this was an off day, but I'm not likely to return to this place in the future.
J.A previous stay was a bit rough with noise levels from neighbouring patrons, but Management did everything they could to improve my next stay. It was clear that the previous dissatisfaction with the hotel was the exception rather than the rule. Will be returning for future business stays.
S.Very happy with our 2 nights here. As we were at the end of our trip having a washer and dryer was such a huge bonus as all our trip washing is now done which will make unpacking at home so easy. It was very clean and quiet and well located. We used the free parking on the streets around the hotel without issues. The onsite gym was suprisingly well equipped which was a nice surprise!
Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again without hesitation.

J.Quest Petone has been open just around a year. The decor is modern and functional. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and they are quiet. The tv service in the rooms is a bit limited but they offer a range of movies which are included in the price. There is parking. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk and they cater to all tastes.
S.Lovely spacious apartment, everything you might need for a relaxing stay, with a panoramic view of Wellington harbour. Close to restaurants, cafes, shops and public transport. Well worth a walk along the beach which is just down the road. This was our second stay and I would highly recommend the Quest apartments. Very friendly and helpful staff and cheerful guests when passing in the foyer.

K.Lovely rooms and reasonable prices. The one suggestion I have is to provide an extra blanket for each room. I'm someone who needs some weight when I sleep, having access to a heat pump is fantastic but it isn't a substitute for a blanket.

J.Wow! Awesome room. Clean & modern. Lacked late service at desk... Had to use phone to retrieve the key. But no problem really. Extra charge for in house parking.

Quality of comfort = During cold nights, took a while to heat up the room as old style heaters with a mobile AC unit- still took a while to heat the room.
D.Rooms are OK, secure car parking available at a somewhat high cost, staff encounters have always been excellent. Nothing bad but nothing great!
B.Very nice and cozy place to stay clean and tidy cleaners come in daily all very nice poeple who work here and happy to help you anyway they can very close to restaurants which we enjoyed and walk to shops,beaches etc bed was very comfortable room looks out to the beach even nicer very warm place and pay for carpark car is locked away in carpark of the street overall we definitely will stay here again THANK YOU SO MUCH QUEST POTENE
m.Fantastic location, friendly staff and the one bedroom room apartment is great. The car park is abit of a tight squeeze if the property is busy though.
A.Expensive for the quality of the rooms. Ours was facing a wall, a lot of hassle around the parking spots. Other wise rooms are tidy and clean.

T.I would come here again it was a very nice hotel but you'll have to plan your parking if you don't arrange it with the hotel first, petone is a great place to visit.
