Lovely place, I stayed there after NYE and it was 5 stars. The suite was very classy, with beautiful views, nice and quiet and also super clean. The garden was lush. Sharon and John were very kind and welcoming, it almost felt like being at home! Breakfast was delicious. Definitely staying here again. Thanks

This is a wonderful place to stay. We were on the Great taste Trail and enjoyed the hospitality of our hosts …The rooms are excellent. Very comfortable bed. Superb breakfast. A good lock up area for our ebikes. The grounds were extensive snd a great outlook from our room. The track started from Mapua right outside their house. Highly recommended.

(Translated) What a great place this was! We slept three nights here and it was the best stay location in almost three weeks driving around in NZ. Good rooms stylishly decorated and very clean. John and Sharon are excellent hosts. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, beautiful garden with lake and a wonderful jacuzzi! Super well cared for breakfast. A fifteen minute walk from the cozy Wharf of Mapua. Definitely recommended and should I ever be in NZ again, I know for sure where I will stay for a few days! Thank you very much John and Sharon for the hospitality during our stay! (Original) Wat een geweldige plek was dit! We hebben hier drie nachten geslapen en het was de beste verblijf locatie in bijna drie weken rondrijden in NZ. Goede kamers stijlvol ingericht en zeer schoon. John en Sharon zijn uitstekende gastheer en gastvrouw. Zeer vriendelijke en relaxte sfeer, prachtige tuin met meertje en een heerlijke jacuzzi! Super goed verzorgd ontbijt. Op een kwartiertje wandelen van de gezellige Wharf van Mapua. Absoluut een aanrader en mocht ik ooit weer in NZ zijn, dan weet ik zeker waar ik een aantal dagen ga verblijven! Zeer dank John en Sharon voor de gastvrijheid tijdens ons verblijf!

(Translated) I was allowed to spend four days in this wonderful B & B in November 18 and felt very well! The room was luxurious with direct access to the garden. The hostess lovingly took care of me and gave great tips regarding gastronomy and activities! The breakfast was rich and very yummy! I still dream of the fresh fruit salad today !! I highly recommend this B & B !! (Original) Ich durfte im November 18 vier Tage in diesem wunderbaren B&B verbringen und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Zimmer war luxuriös und bot einen direkten Zugang zum Garten. Die Gastgeberin hat sich liebevoll um mich gekümmert und gab tolle Tipps bzgl. Gastronomie und Aktivitäten! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und seeehr lecker! Von dem frischen Obstsalat träume ich noch heute!! Ich kann dieses B&B nur wärmstens empfehlen!!
