We stayed at BK's Chardonnay with our young family and were wowed by our experience. The studio was clean and tidy and was also refreshed each day. There's a great little outdoor area for children to play in, with a slide, swings and a trampoline. The man gardening even made sure to check in with us to make sure we didn't have any children sleeping before he used a chainsaw. The cooking facilities were just what we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure. We highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much for having us!

Very nice room. Very nice and accommodating staff. Our ferry was late, we called to advise we wouldn't be in before closing time, so they said not a problem, opened up and prepared our room in advance. Great service.

Receptionist was really nice and happy even when we locked ourselves out. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Sky TV was a nice touch. Cosy and tidy. Cleanliness a 10 out of 10. Wheel chair accessible. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou Chardonnay for a pleasant stay.

Absolutely fantastic! Lovely, cosy, had everything we needed. So nice and pristine/clean. Like a home away from home. The owners (or at least the husband and wife couple who were there for our check-in) were so friendly and nice too. Perfect!

The BK Chardonnay in Masterton is one of the cleanest and well appointed motel my wife and I have stayed in anywhere in the world. The owner Kylie is a lovely and extremely helpful person and nothing was too much trouble. The King size bed we had was really comfortable to crash onto after a long day. 5000 star rating😁😁😁👍👍
