P. A.Stayed two nights, very comfortable.
Great hot water pressure in shower. Generous family suite, opposite countdown supermarket.
Clean and well maintained inside and out.
Easy to get to Dunedin from Mosgiel, next time I visit Dunedin region will book here again.
n. w.It's good nice lighting could better and could have sky but it's nice having Netflix.

C. M.A great clean hotel that was fantastic for a one night stay. Good price and good size room. We left some clothes in the room and the owner called us to the next day to inform us which was great. However on arrival to pick the clothes up we were accused of burning a hole in one of their bed spreads. They showed me the burn and it looked like a cigarette burn. None of the five people who stayed the night in the unit smoke. We were accused of causing the damage and I couldnt convince them otherwise that it wasnt us which ended a nice stay with an unfortunate end. They claimed that the outdoor ash tray thing was full however we dont smoke. The owners were adamant it was us as they had made up the unit themselves the day before and would of seen the hole when they made the room up. But unfortunately that's not the case as the damage must have been there beforehand and someone either hadnt cleaned the ash tray thing or someone sat outside our unit last night while we were out. We were at a 40yo and 70yo birthday most of the night. Very frustrating not being able to tell them it wasnt us as they didnt want to believe it. Shame and a bad end to otherwise a great stay. Wont be staying again.
D. W.The units are nice and clean, always look fresh. The units are large and warm. Very good bathroom with a great shower , nice towels etc. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The host's are very welcoming. I am happy to be there. Cheers.

J. c.Nice place but did not appreciate the couple next door having domestics and letting their children run round all over the place. we were the unit next door, No.10. and to put up with these young ones screaming round all over the place really made us feel like we just wanted to leave. Other people staying appreciate peace and quiet not screaming brats running round beig unrully.
V. R.More than what I expected and the staff were absolutely beyond amazing & friendly. Bronwyn and Gary, you two really do provide the upmost wonderful hospitality. Definitely highly recommend!!

M. B.Excellent clean room, we stayed an extra due to illhealth. The manager is a very friendly person and offered us the room hen a cancellation came in.
The washing machine are available at a small charge to the office, no clunky coin slots.
All the furnishing are a high standard and comfortable
There is a countdown super market right across the road.

L. F.Stayed one night on way to airport. Fantastic location and opposite Countdown, we were able to cook a home cooked meal in our room which was so nice! The beds were a bit hard however I had a very comfortable sleep. The room was clean, tidy, warm and spacious. Shower pressure was good. If I am ever in Mosgiel again I know where to stay!
R. D.One of the best motels in New Zealand. Very large rooms. The one bedroom units have a very large lounge, biggest bedrooms I have seen in NZ, large bathroom with shower over the bath and seperate toilet. The kitchen is larger than many average homes in NZ. It is very clean and good wifi. Lovely people running this motel.
S. P.Our favourite place to stay and always is the first motel we try to book when we are staying in Dunedin or Mosgiel. My husband is in a wheelchair and this is one of the few motels in which he has space to move around in. Best, most friendly helpfully people here who always make our stay perfect. Recommend 100%
