M.Great location and overall a good complex. Why a 3?. Unfortunately had to as the WiFi was poor. Kept dropping out. There is no excuses now as technology can fix easily. Large studio only Queen size bed although acceptable was past its use by date. Other thing it's a shame it is timber floors and poor noise insulation between units otherwise be one of the best.

B. K.Stayed for the weekend of the Hawkes Bay Marathon. Great view overlooking the marina, walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

v.Spent 2 nights here, chosen for location which was excellent re. Veiws and bars/restaurants. Clean room, however bed a little uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The biggest issue we had were the lack of towels. We asked for more towels so we could shower and get our day started, we were told to wait for the room service. Come 12.30pm still no service, no towels, ended up looking for the cleaner ourselves to get some as our day was dissappearing. Had to hang our towels to dry for the next day as giving extra towels appeared to be a problem. I recommend if people are staying more then one night, just give a handful of towels at the start of the stay.
PS. Mind the unmarked step at the sliding door. You may want to bring some ear plugs if you plan on having a relaxing spa bath!
A. H.Typical Motel but with great views over the water towards all the boat. Its a pretty standard set up in the rooms but was clean and the bed was nice a firm. Had a great sleep after a hard day. Plus loads of choice for good places to eat just down the road so, overall a good place to stay.

V. I. T.Great location, great price and wonderful staff just a quick walk from everything you could need. Only let down was microwave not working and no milk provided. But this turned out to be a plus because we found an amazing butcher hunting for the 4 square and an awesome restaurant just down the road!
T. T.Big shout out to Sandy and her team! Been staying here for the last 8years for iron Maori and couldn't ask for any more. Amazing service and we are made to feel like family. Sandy greets us with a hug. Love staying here and would highly recommend them. Room number 1 - I grade my stay as choice!

C. C.I just love this place, the view over the mariner is lovely, its so clean, great prices, Sandy & Kev are just wonderful and so helpful theres never a problem they go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are happy, and its a 5 min walk to some really nice restaurants.
V. H.Stayed here 2 weeks. Great room, lovely view, service was friendly,reliable and efficient. Great location for walking to.many eating places and a short drive to supermarketsupermarkets and the city. We would stay again..
I. P. A.Had to stay here at short notice and they were very accommodating to my needs, the rooms were very clean and tidy, room was on second floor so had some road noise from behind building if bathroom windows are open at night. Hard to find anything bad to say would definitely stay here again
S. d.Simple and pretty clean, spa was nice. Trains were a bit noisy but didn't wake us up during the night. Overall a pretty comfortable stay.

D.Large spacious room. Comfy bed. Large spa bath. Modern and clean. Everything cared for and amenities fresh and all items you need are here. Very close to marina walk and large range of upmarket bars cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.
