S.Our visit started well with a very friendly welcome from the minute we arrived at the office of the motel. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. A lovely place to stay.
m.We only stayed one night but were very impressed with everything. Large comfy bed - good shower and great use of space in unit - lovely clean compact kitchenette. Very warm friendly welcome - will stay again.
K.Good reception staff. Nice tidy room and comfortable beds Enjoyed the room right by swimming pool. Good air conditioning in lounge-nothing in bedroom but they accommodated with electric fan once requested. Was disappointed that spa wasn’t working in room as that was our main highlight-informed we didn’t work it properly which Im sure that wasn’t the case. Cleaning lady in morning came in room without any warning-she did apologise but then still put cleaning equipment outside our door.
K.Booked here for my family and we were really impressed. The rooms were absolutely lovely and freshly painted. Awesome art work and the rooms were large and spacious. The water pressure was amazing and we loved the fact the kitchen had an extractor fan. Would definitely book here again!

L.Stayed for 2 nights last week, wonderful room and friendly helpful owner. Very comfortable bed and well maintained with everything in the room you need, even had a coffee pod machine which is a very nice touch. Thank you for helping make our trip to Napier memorable .
L.Friendly host, room was everything we needed, comfy bed, great shower and good cooking facilities. If we are up this way again we would come back and stay here. Totally recommend this place
S.This place was thoughtfully equipped, clean, and fairly close to town. We could make simple meals like breakfast in our room and had a little outdoor patio too. There was a dining table, kitchenette, sofa and even a second bed separate from bedroom. Very nice.
J.Perfect place clean and tidy room high class maintenance..al facilities that we needed. We have stayed there 2 nights with 2 kids it was great... the management was ausom.

J.Place was super clean and close to everything. Shower was peel the paint powerful, which is a good thing. Manager gave us great recommendations for things to do and where to eat.
t.My partner and I arrived quite late at night after a hard avo of working and packing up home as we wre moving to Tauranga...we also had our boat hooked up...the owner was very accomodating and what a nice guy... would highly recommend this Motel

C.My work takes me all over the North Island of NZ and when I stay in Napier I stay at the Bella Tuscany, it is clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. Even though they are only 8 minutes from town they have a free shuttle and will drop you off anywhere in the Napier area or pick up and drop off at the airport. I don't usually write reviews but I feel they deserve it. : )
K.Quiet, small hotel. Ideal for a family reunion near by. Great suites, awesome cleaner lady, does the best job ever... Wish I had her at home
J.Awesome little motel. Family type of atmosphere. Room wasn't large but very homely and comfortable. Central location very close to town.very friendly staff. Didn't disappoint..

È una magnifica struttura situata in una zona davvero incantevole e comoda.
Lo staff è molto accogliente, gentile e attento.
La stanza era molto grande, luminosa, pulitissima e il letto era davvero comodo!
Il bagno è dotato anche di una vasca idromassaggio ideale per un po' di relax dopo aver visitato Napier e i dintorni!
Il parcheggio e il wifi sono gratuiti!
