C. T.Very good people. My son an I could do with a bigger room
G.Definately a budget hotel that could do with some improvements and a general make over. It is however in a great location on the front and only a short walk from the iconic buildings in Napier. Good instructions for the hot tub but the room was one of the smallest we've come across but it was clean. Friendly staff.
M. L.Had a lovely time with my partner. The spa was nicely set up and cossy. Had an easy to understand set of instructions on how to set it up. Nicely made bed with a fan and heater in the cupboard. couldn't ask for more.

W. S.High speed internet. Do charge back for meals. Only trouble is if you are at the bottom unit you can hear the footsteps from the above unit.
