R.Service is faultless and staff are so friendly and helpful. All meals are to the highest standard. Spa is amazing and was the best massages our team had ever had.

Very weather dependant ,windy days would be a nightmare.
Challenging but play from the right tees and a good round is on the cards.
Not as pretty as some but a real golf course.
R.Recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Farm and also playing 3 rounds of golf.
Everything about the visit was first rate, accommodation,facilities, environment, food and drink and the golf course.
But the best part was the quality of the staff and the way the looked after us. A top of the market experience but still delivered in a friendly Kiwi way.
M.This place is truly paradise. I don’t know how to accurately describe how amazing our stay there was. The setting is unlike anything I have seen before; we were able to get a real appreciation for the property on the can-am tour where we got to see lots of wildlife, including some gannet birds which were beautiful. My husband went golfing one day, and I tagged along just to stare at the surroundings. The kiwi discovery walk was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to see and help take care of a wee kiwi. The food at all meals was amazing, the service perfect. The pool was paradise. I cannot wait to visit this property again!!!

A.A Maz ING. What a fabulous experience. From the driveway to the lodge takes 15 minutes of pure NZ scenery. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food was fantastic. View was stunning. Valet parking. All this just a few kilometers from home. Photos don't do it justice but you get the idea. Would not have had the opportunity if not for the FAWC event. Thanks everyone.
h.Brilliant venue! Exceptional meals prepared by the kitchen and waited upon by the staff like we were famous. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to spend the dollars and a night out with the wife.

T.Well it couldn't, shouldn't and isn't anything less than 5 stars. A weekend here is the stuff of bucket lists. The only problem now is that I won't be able to talk about it for fear of being a show-off.

L.the only mainland Gannet colony I beleive in the Southern Hemisphere. An amazing trip well worth the effort. The organisation is excellent and our day went without a hitch.
S.We visited the Gannets at Cape Kidnappers, in the Hawkes Bay. We saw a breeding colony - a breeding colony is a colony where multiple Gannets Breed Together. There are about 6500 pairs of gannets at the colony at Cape Kidnappers. The Nests look like Close-Packed bowls of Droppings and grass. A Gannet can live up to 30 years. A pair of Gannets have One egg every year they mate. The Chicks look like a giant, white and extremely fluffy cottonball. The Parents will take turns Parenting, while the other goes Fishing. The Chicks eat fish regurgitated from the Fisherman Parent. The Young ones will migrate to Australia, at the age of 15-16 weeks. They will come back to the colony at the age of three. The Gannets eat Squid and Fish. The catch their prey by diving in at 45 kph. A gannet will take off, then glide, then flap its wings to change direction. An interesting fact I learned will I was up there was that a pair will breed for life.
a.Stunning. Sunrises to die for, views which make it feel as if anything were possible. Rich in history, a truly beautiful place.
