R.Had a really pleasant stay at Arrow Motel. Owner was really friendly, helpful and genuine. Easy to deal with and room was all ready when we got there. Just a little bit dated and dusty but the room had everything we needed and it was clean, tidy and well-kept. Service was great and conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend this motel if you're visiting Nelson.
A.Good place to stay, rooms were above my expectations so I stayed an extra night. Owner David very nice, pleasant and accommodating. Definitely recommend to others.
R.Owner was so accommodating and friendly. will definitely stay again! Immaculately clean, warm, great shower and nice creamy milk in the fridge. Makes all the difference for morning coffee. Comfy bed too.
V.The Good:
Studio apartment comes well equipped with pots, pans, electric frypan and utensils.
Tuatara plunger coffee provided is fantastic.
Sky TV with plenty of channels.
Outdoor bbq area, playground, and pool.
Information folder is the most comprehensive I've seen - lists plenty of available amenities, activities, restaurants and more.
Laundry facilities.
Friendly service.
Not So Good:
Kettle needs some serious descaling - boiled water in a pot instead.
Fitted sheet had old (washed) mould spots on one half.
Dead beetles along skirting board in bedroom.
Shower curtain needs replacing.
W.Helpfull staff. Generally a great experience with the beach a stone throw away.

R.Nice quiet and handy to the beach and walkways. If you like walking there's a great stroll to town. Shop across the road with great food. Motel old fashion but very clean and tidy and comfy beds. Owner is very helpful and looks after you. Bus to town at door every 20m and abel tasman shuttle will pick you up at your door. Great place to stay
N.Stayed here for 2 nights while son in hospital. David and his staff were excellent, very accommodating, and helpful for all our needs. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would totally recommend and would stay again.

A.Great place to stay. The room was comfy and had everything we needed. Close to the beach for long walks and really central to get around. Nothing was too much trouble for David, we will certainly recommend Arrow and go back.

Great little motel, the new owner is very obliging and welcoming and runs the place really well. Very friendly staff. Hot nights would be more comfortable with some air conditioning in the rooms.
