M.Quick easy check in , generous sized rooms ans amenities were of good standard , everything clean and available 😀 WiFi was awesome and it was a painless stay , can't fault my experience here .

R.I have to say I was a little nervous after reading reviews, but living here has actually worked out very well for our American family at four. I think it’s really been whipped into shape over the last year or 2. It’s quiet and clean. Location can’t be beat; we are within easy walking distance of the Mai Tai river, center of town, Queen’s Gardens, and the Centre of NZ. Mike and Carol in the office have been accommodating and helpful when needed. Our fridge started having issues and it was quickly replaced after letting them know. My daughter swears that she would not have gone on the school camping trip had it not been for her peptalk from Carol!
I can see how college students might get frustrated here if they thought they were going to live it up and get a little crazy after leaving home. The rules for tenants are held to with no parties, no smoking, occasional apartment cleanliness checks, etc. But personally, I really appreciate this. Although there are plenty of college students here, you’d never know it!
Know that it’s nothing fancy. Some of the furniture has seen better days but all of it is in working order and functional.
All in all, I’d highly recommend!
m.Stayed here for NMIT graduation so was handy to all venues. Clean, hygenic, plenty of space and ammenities. 1st bed too hard but second bed I slept in was more comfortable. Very accommodating staff, friendly and helpful.

B.Really reliable, simple apartment accomodation - clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location was suburb, very close to the main centre of Nelson.
C.Ground floor apartment. Good for a family with two children under 5. Good service, but bring your own flannels. Room and furniture a tad tired, but meet our needs. However not very sound proof. A lot of floor noise from the apartment above.

It has got all the kitchen accessories with dishes. It has toaster, microwave, oven and fridge. Main hall has sofas and TV as well as dining table.
Good place to live in until you find one for your own.
R.Best place to stay for anybody coming to visit or even study in Nelson...situated in Central CBD, nearer to the center of NZ. I call this second home of mine..
C.Excellent room serviced daily. Could do with air conditioning. Noisy neighbourhood. But can't complain too much. Enjoyed staying here. Walking distance to town and food places.
R.Comfortable and clean. 3 bedroom unit great to give kids own rooms. Staff friendly. Serviced daily. Bathroom disabled friendly with space, hand rails and bench in shower.
C.My son & I lived at Nikau long term for nearly 3years. We recently moved from Nelson. We were always treated respectfully by the staff and if we needed any support the team were always there to help 24/7. The apartments were always clean and the residential team kept us secure & safe after hours. The close location to the city is great because you can walk. There are a few tourist spots within walking distance also like Centre of NZ, Maitai river, Queens gardens etc. We will forever be greatful to Michael (Owner), Carol (Manager) and the team, and will miss you all. All the best.

C.good place and get what ya pay for with a bit of noise etc from others slamming doors and upper apartments but all good if ya not a light sleeper 😊 & highly recommend the thai takeaway two doors down absolutely awesome !
