J.Quiet accommodation very close to city centre and restaurants. Make sure you book a carspace but there is parking close by. Friendly staff and good clean facilities. Would definitely stay here again.
G.Clean and modern with kitchen facilities. A washing machine and dryer are included in the bathroom which is very handy when trying to travel as light as possible. The town centre is close by. The only issue is that onsite parking is limited so best to book a space when making a reservation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoy.

C.What a great wee hotel. The room I was in was perfect, spacious enough and with all the amenities I could ever need. The room was spotless on arrival and was well serviced every day. The only downside was the fact that the bed has a divider of sorts and it feels like a medieval torture device 😣. The left side of the bed must be the most used side and as such the springs felt shot and I felt like I was going to roll out of bed. If they can get the bed sorted it’d be perfect.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen.
A few issues with the air con going up to 26° all the time when we needed it cool as it was a warm summer day. Loose tap in the kitchen sink. Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling.
Overall though, friendly welcoming staff who were easy to deal with, everything you could need was provided in the apartment, but with the few minor issues fixed, I would have probably scored a 4.5 star.
J.I liked my stay at the hotel, great decor, sufficient spacing, clean, and access to the kitchen essentials like microwave, fridge, and a dishwasher was great. The TV however was small as, I thought it was a CCTV surveillance monitor. The sound system provides was really old too, it took up the space on the desk it was placed on, so why even bother? Rather have the extra desk space. The worst pointer is probably the hot water in the shower. It suffers from a severe case of bipolarity. It can never decide if it wants to stay hot. Overall, this was my experience at Quest.

D.We stayed at the Quest Nelson for 2 nights, last week and it was fabulous. It is a fairly new hotel and our room was just gorgeous. The architecture was edgy with some exposed concrete walls balanced with crisp white walls, beautiful fittings and lovely furniture. The hotel also has some great design features like the ability to open up the window so it is like you are standing on a balcony. This meant we could enjoy the beautiful fresh Nelson air and view. The rooms have a small kitchen so you could self cater if you wanted to. But the hotel is within an easy walk from a stack of good cafes and restaurants. It also has a washer dryer which was easy to use and very much appreciated. The staff were lovely, very professional, friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
T.Booked in for 2 nights over Waitangi weekend. The staff checking us in was friendly. The room was immaculate and I really loved the comfortable bed
J.Picked up a room on special for $150 on the 4th floor - well equipped had a all in one laundry which was handy & a great movie selection on the tv free of charge which I found to be much better then sky movies which most hotels have to offer.

P.Not a bad place to stay. Only downsides were noise from a bar near by keeping us up till midnight most nights over a long weekend and capped bandwidth on WiFi (not enough for multiple guests to share without running out pretty swiftly).

A.Fantastic location in the middle of town, rooms are well presented and also quiet. Check in staff very helpful and the rooms are serviced well each day. There isn’t a lot of hotel parking, however there is plenty of free parking behind the hotel between 5pm and 8am.

M.Great location in Nelson CBD, there's heaps of restaurants and shopping places around. Good size rooms, very clean and tidy, and was nice to have the washing machine and dryer in the room and not in a common area like some other hotels. Both housekeeping and reception staff were friendly and professional.

M.Had an excellent stay. Loved the architectural features of the property. Adrian and the team took excellent care of me, this will be my new accommodation when I come to Nelson. Having the restaurant recharge available was fantastic. I will be back.
C.Great position great service. Not the greatest view as you'd expect given its in the centre of town. Be sure to book parking if you need it for more than 1 night. But if it's just one night then there's a free car park round the corner if you arrive late.

D.Great locale, only a short walk to downtown. Staff are friendly. If you are going to have a vehicle and need parking here I would suggest advising them ahead of arrival, as I couldn't park onsite had to park in the public area behind. Reception said I can book for the next night, but didnt put down my vehicle. So had to park behind again.
S.The Quest, Nelson was fantastic, I loved the clean, fresh modern interiors of my apartment room, it had a great view, it was lovely and sunny and in a great location. r.Very central, comfortable, and the washing machine dryer combo in the bathroom is excellent for longer stays, lots of different restaurants within walking distance, reasonable price but a bit on the small side room wise, perfect if you are on your own.

The kitchenette was useful although quite limited in level of cutlery etc. On 4 or 5 days it happened to us several times where our free parking space was taken while paying NZD $ 10 per day to have it (in principle we should not pay them for those days). But it's still annoying because you have to find a place to park in the street which is chargeable. We do not know how to pay once over the hour so you have to get up at 8am to get supplies to the parkmeter. Good overall but parking is not always easy.

La chambre était bien et propre. La kitchenette était utile même si assez restreinte niveau des couverts etc. Sur 4 ou 5 jour il nous est arrivé plusieurs fois où notre place de parking gratuit était prise alors qu'on payait 10$NZD par jour pour l'avoir (en principe on devrait pas les payer pour ces jours la). Mais cela reste embêtant car il faut trouver un endroit où se garer dans la rue qui est payante. On ne sait pas payer une fois dépasse l'heure donc il faut se lever à 8h pour approvisionner le parkmetre. Bien dans l'ensemble mais parking pas toujours évident.
