M.Great location, just across the road from the beach with restaurants and takeaways nearby. We were in a level 3, 2 bedroom apartment, it was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the large living area and it opened up onto a balcony of a view of the beach. Parking on site and check in was easy. Photos don't do it justice. Would definitely stay again.
J.It was alright shame they didn't have any Steak and not enough options for dessert it was a Sunday though, I would wonder if they just let things run out and stock up for the next week
R.Superb accommodation, just lush. Coffee from down below and you couldn't ask for anything more. Our third stay in this complex. I will be back.

P.Great central location, across the road from the main beach. Easy booking and check in process, had a unit on the second floor - although on a busy road not too noisy. Unit well kitted out - very thoughtful to provide tea, coffee and milk - and even some washing powder and dishwasher detergent too. Great stay, would highly recommend
C.My wife and I are visitors to Nelson and we were looking for somewhere to watch the ABs rugby today. Rang these guys to ask whether they would be showing the game and they said ‘Sure - would you like us to reserve a table for you?’. When we got there, they were magic and really looked after us well. Just ‘bar people’? - no - they were fine hosts. Great place, great people, great variety of tap beers. Loved it.

We just spent a week staying at the Sands in a 2 bedroom appartment with our two kids. Appartment is big, spacious and really quiet. Amazing views and fully stocked with everything you would expect to find in a house (full kitchen with all the appliances etc) laundry etc.
Appartment was clean, tidy and modern.
2min walk to Tahuna Beach and fabulous coffee shop right below the apartments.
Neville the Manager is an absolute dream to deal with and nothing was a problem.
Loved it so much we have already done rebooked for Christmas 2021.
D.Outstanding accommodation. Would definitely recommend. We had room 306. The apartments are privately owned. Great coffee shop and restaurant downstairs and a fabulous green place that makes acai bowls and smoothies - super yum!!
S.Fantastic serviced apartment complex! Good mix of price ranged rooms and suites with some stunning views over Tahunanui Beach. North facing apartments are the ones to go for all with sun filled decks. There is a host of restaurants and pubs in walking distance and the beach is 2 minutes walk away. This is the place to stay in Nelson if motels are not your thing. Ignore food reviews for this business as they are an accommodation provider with no restaurants attached, unfortunately some reviewers are a bit short on IQ points
