J.I rate this B and B Excellent, Brad and his wife make you feel at home. I had Ham and Eggs for breakfast, American style, and they were fantastic 👍I will be coming back.

S.One of the best B&B we had ever stayed. Brad & Fujiko are fantastic and super friendly! They're full of the local knowledge and always have some activities to recommend us for the day.
Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. There is nothing better than waking up to the smell of Brad's freshly baked bread and having organic eggs and freshly brewed coffee for breakfast....
The overall feel of the place was excellent. Brad & Fujiko maintained a high standard of cleanliness and our room was comfortable and cosy. And not forgetting the excellent views of Mt Taranaki from the comfort of the Living Room.
Highly recommend to anyone coming to New Plymouth. Thank you very much Brad & Fujiko for giving us such a memorable stay. We truly enjoyed it!

M.This would have to be 5 stars if such a thing exists outside of the hotel world. They have 4 rooms which although compact are extremely stylish and comfortable. They serve a great cooked breakfast and have views over Mt Taranaki itself. The hosts are an utter delight - thoughtful, caring and generous in every way. Highly recommended.
J.My wife and I enjoyed the warm hospitality from Brad! He gave us a bunch of local recommendations during our short stay and even moved Mt Taranaki's clouds for us so that we could enjoy its beauty! His "froached" eggs and home made bread was so delicious. Such an awesome host!
B.We decided to be spontaneous and visit New Plymouth. As we arrived after 9pm we decided to book somewhere to stay and had never stayed at a B&B before. After we arrived, Brad gave us a tour and made us feel at home. We let him know we were leaving early to start our hike up Mt Taranaki and he made sure to have food ready for us before we started our day. I couldn't imagine any place giving the hospitality Brad gave us. Comfortable beds & Clean house! If in the new Plymouth area again this will be my go-to place to stay.
E.Lovely place and of course lovely people who give us a warm welcome and make our entire trip convenient. Got the taste of wide range of food items. I will definitely choose to stay at 16Havelock as many times as I visit Taranaki.

도로가에 street parking을 하고서 숙소진입로로 들어가며 앞마당이 정리가 부실해서 좀 실망도 하였지만 숙소내부로 들어가 보니 외부하고는 틀리게 깔끔하고 정갈하게 꾸며져있었다. 객실도 푹신하고 청결한 침구로 잘 꾸며져있고 욕실,화장실도 아주 깨끗하게 관리되고 세면대위에 작은수건이 개어져 올려져있고, 객실엔 물컵과 생수가 든 병이 비치되어있는등 집주인의 세심함을 엿볼 수 있었다.
무엇보다 웃으면서 친절히 대해주는 집주인 Bred와 일본인 부인의 상냥함이 여행의 피곤함을 덜어주었다.
또한 조식으로 제공되는 Bred의 홈메이드 식빵, 16마리의 Free range 닭이 매일 제공해주는 신선한 달걀후라이, 소시지, 쥬스, 시리얼등 정갈하고 깔끔한 조식도 인상적이었다.
1박밖에 못하는 아쉬움을 뒤로하고 다음번에 뉴플리머스에 오게 되면 꼭 여기서 2박이상 하고싶다고 전하고 돌아오게 되었다.
시내까지는 승용차로 7~10분정도 소요되어 멀지않고 편리한 거리이다.
뉴 플리머스에 오는 한국분들에겐 꼭 추천하고 싶은 B&B이다 ~~
