J.Very clean and tidy. Wonderful welcome and farewell. Love the retro layout. Brings back fond memories of my childhood as we had them in growing up in our house. ❤❤. Everything you need and want. The suite book was fully loaded with information, restaurants, locations of interest to go explore when in town. Priced accordingly.
P.Nice, clean and tidy units. Dated decor particularly the wallpaper and decor. Beds are comfortable though, great water pressure for the shower, and all Sky channels are available on the TV.
Depending on which unit you have, is dependent on whether you find the Wi-Fi fast or slow. Its faster round the back, than it is on the Devon St side.
If all you want is a place to sleep and group up with your friends before going somewhere, this is a good Motel for you. Though depending which unit you stay in, depends on how much street noise you get.
V.The Manageress is super and does a great job here, a big asset. Well located.The rooms are clean but decor and general maintenance needs to be looked at by the owners.
A.A nice spacious place with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Lost 5star rating because as there is quite a lot of truck activity and traffic from as early as 5.45am as it is on the main road.
T.Was pretty good that motel but the only thing there no Aircon at the motel that was the only problem but everything else was good and was closer to town as well to

R.Overal a good experience. The bed was a little to soft for my taste and it had a classic, little outdated atmosphere about it. But apart from that no complaints. Plus for some reason we got a free milk container on check in ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It includes parking and is about a 10 minute walk to the center of the city or the park which is also nice.
S.The lady at reception was absolutely lovely and very helpful its a little noisy as expected being right on a main road but definitely quietens down around dark, very happy with our stay.

This is the first time we have visited this establishment and we enjoyed it immensely.
Definitely worth the five stars.
L.Found AMBER COURT MOTEL very good, the lady owner was lovely, the room was lovely and clean, comfortable bed to sleep in, very close to COUNTDOWN SUPERMARKET just cross the lights, everything at your door, price was good, l would recommend this Motel to all travelers,
as, also it is easy access heading South and North
and the drive into the Motel has to ways in, what ever way you are traveling.

G.Rather dated and tired looking - needs refurbishment. Is in a convenient location for supermarkets (there is a choice of three) and Pukekura Park is a short walk away but is in probably the noisiest spot in all of New Plymouth. Laundry facilities. Didn't use but there is an indoor pool.

C.Fantastic central location, city center is in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location comes with a single downside: Traffic starts humming early in the morning.
