A.In town for Vintage Car Rally. Motel very clean, comfortable (great, large bed) and staff friendly and helpful. Would benefit from heat pump/ air conditioner and some new, larger bath towels.
A.Very pleased with everything, room, bed, spa bath all clean and tidy would recommend to others and very likely to return.
C.No flame grill , ice cream machine broken . Don't particularly remember staying here... Very suspicious. 5 stars
O.Decent place. standard kitchens living room and beds. Spa pool was quite nice however the placement of the single bed inside the living room made sleep there low quality. Receptionist were very helpful.
A.Lovely rooms. Huge beds. Very comfortable. Showers could do with good scrub. Green mold on the shower heads.

One of the few motels that keeps up with technology as brand new smart tv's were installed in all rooms. Also great location, very close to everything.

h.Clean rooms, great location to town and Pukekura park. Hosts are super helpful and very friendly. Free wifi and my sky for recording stuff if you are staying a few days.
Second time we have stayed and would happily stay again.
Charge back meals available from local restaraunts which can be delivered if required.
Good looking breakfast options, although we usually prefer local cafe's.
R.The room was clean and comfortable with lots of tea and coffee. Would stay there again. Was unable to log on to the wifi and also got charged twice! Although this is being rectified.
T.I had popped in to say goodbye to some friends but recall staying in this hostel while working on the Winery tour some years prior so will review from thst standpoint.
This is a nicely tucked away hostel that served its purpose perfectly for a spot to sleep at all hours as my crew had odd work hours. It has a lovely garden area and spacious living area (although full at time I saw my friends).
This is the ideal spot to be if you'd want to be away from town but also a easy walk/cycle of want to be in the city centre.
Unsure if they still have them in the bedroomd/dorms but at the time i stayed There, they had interesting switch placement which had has me wonder if this was a rest home or similar prior...in any case, I had a grand time there and it seems to still be thst way with friends going back to that hostel after camping at WOMAD.
