I.It's nice and tidy great for a place to stop over on a long trip or for a family of four if cost is an issue.

K.Before you book this Motel please read through my personal experience of staying at this Motel before you make your decision. I'll start with the positive aspects of this Motel. The cost is very affordable only around $100 NZD (depending on which room) and the Motel is easily accessible and in a pretty convenient spot in the city. There are plenty of stores nearby and tourist attractions aren't more than a 15 minute drive away. But, unfortunately there are a few negatives to consider, one notable issue is the WiFi it is decently fast, but very inconsistent, it disconnects all the time and almost makes it impossible to actually use. Secondly, the "room service" isn't great. You do however get clean towels everyday but the staff do not make your bed or clean the room. The rooms themselves aren't terrible and is quite spacious though I wouldn't call the kitchen anything amazing. I've included an image if you want to see for yourself :)
B.The Hotel Manager was an excellent host ensuring we had everything available for our room. He went the extra mile by seeking us an electric pan to cook..

S.Property was old but clean sheets and towels etc were changed each day. Staff pleasant.
D.A bit rundown and a cat which presumably belongs to the owners was constantly meowing outside the units. It is in very bad shape and needs to be fed and see a vet- not a good look..
S.Great motel. Budget price but very clean, warm and comfortable. Previous review said no shampoo,soap but this was avaliable. Full kitchen and very friendly customer service. 1 bedroom unit was very spacious. Would stay again.

V.The unit suffered badly from condensation. We woke to dripping windows each day. The weather was wet but not cold. It was a comfortable unit..

D.Room was clean, Tidy and spacious. Friendly reception upon arrival. Has Most of the amenities typical for a Motel, Sky TV, About a 2km walk into town. Situated Close to Pukekura Park. Designated Parking spot a little tight for my unit (other units appeared to be otherwise Okay). Note: Driveway Entry (if coming from south) is a little unclear, might pay to look at Street view to familiarize entry.
J.Good place to stay. Family friendly and reasonable prices. The location is very good because everyone who wants to enjoys New Plymouth can drive for a few minutes from there and go to the city center. Space to park the cars in front of the apartments. This is very pratical specially in rainy day,
N.Absolutely recommend! You'd be surprised at how small the rooms look from the outside but are on the inside! Although during the summer months it can get quite hot with no fan or other cooling services... Great overall place if you're looking to spend a night or two in New Plymouth!!
D.Terrible place to stay. Dirty top duvets. Very stained and food on one of them. Noisy. Can hear everything neighbour is saying and doing. No hair dryer. Have to go to reception to get one. Who wants to do that when just out of shower. Would not stay again. Had to give a star to be able to post so reluctantly gave 1
M.Warm, spacious and close to town, welcoming staff, but a bit dated and worn, a bit road noisy
V.A big 3 person studio with queen sized bed and single. Positives were a great comfortable bed and a large room. Negatives was that the studio was outdated and felt dirty. The lighting in the bathroom was dim as well as no extractor fan. There were ants in the room as well.
i.Quiet. Friendly staff with a warm welcome. Comfortable bed. If you want budget accommodation and nothing flash then this is perfect. We'd use this place again.
T.This place is value for money and the host is excellent and catering. We had good time, hired their bbq and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are cleaned to very high standard. Highly recommend this place

B.Convenient location. But the room is not clean and has an odd smell. By the way, is there anyone can repair the pipe? The noise almost killed me.

B.Stayed one night on 18th November 2017. Parking good and location OK. Looks like college dorm on approach to and inside the stairwell and corridors. Needs work sooner or later... mostly SOONER!

C.Die Sauberkeit! Beispielsweise: unsere Kochplatten waren stark verschmutzt und wir hatten Spinnenweben im Zimmer..
J.Sehr netter Mann am Empfang. Haben Geld zurück bekommen, obwohl wir erst kurzfristig um eine Nacht verkürzt haben. Küche inkl Ausstattung vorhanden..
T.Zimmer eingerichtet wie in den 60ern, wirkte insgesamt alles etwas gruselig. Ein Wohlfühlmodus stellte sich hier nicht ein. Ausstattung nicht sehr komfortabel, aber ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte..

A.Une bon rapport qualité/prix..
刘.La salle de bain et la cuisine, qui n'ont pas connu de rénovation depuis belle lurette (voir même d'origine). La "cuisine" consistait en une petite plaque rouillée sur un micro-onde/four. Mes envies de petit plats "maison" se sont envolées..
