L.Warren and Carol were awsome hosts. We stayed for 7 nights and we loved our stay. The bed was comfortable we had aircon full sky and a well appointed room. The parking and laundry were excellent. Our room was valeted everyday which was lovely to come back to. Short walk to main street museum and walkway. We will definately be returning.
J.Excellent motel, great management, modern clean, quiet rooms. Water pressure in bathroom fantastic (often regulated at other motels to a dribble). Continental breakfast very nice also. Great location to city centre. Cheers Jimmy

A.A really lovely place to stay. Clean, modern, close to city center so everything was in walking distance. Best of all was the staff, they were really friendly and welcoming, from the lady that booked us in to the very helpful ladies that serviced our room. I would definitely stay at The Dawson Motel again. 5 Stars.

C.Lovely Motel Unit. Very Clean. Had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Tea coffee. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Very quiet with double glazed windows and extra blind for privacy and blackout. We were made to feel welcome and the room was nice a warm when we arrived. thank you for a lovely few nights in New Plymouth.

B.We really liked this place. The lady at the front desk even said my name rightly. The check in process was easy-as, the room was really flash. The bed was very comfortable (it's a king size, I don't like king size they are too big, it makes it seem like my wife and I have to travel a long distance to be next to each other, anyways that's probably too much information and nothing to do with the place), the ensuite thingy was a great size and the kitchenette had everything we needed (well it didn't come with a maid/chef, so almost everything). Honestly, overall a great stay and will be back as the Dawson as our first choice.
M.Clean and tidy, friendly office lady. Check in was easy. Bed was nice and big and comfortable great location would stay here again.

L.Excellent location. Went for lots of walks. Hosts are lovely people who care about the comfort of their guests. The room was perfect for us, well appointed with everything we could want and the shower is amazing. We have never experienced such thorough housekeeping, memorable and a new benchmark for when we stay anywhere else on future vacation jaunts. Loved our stay beginning to end.

C.Very clean room. Lots of space. Nice kitchen with everything you will need. One of the best things about the Motel is you get unlimited free internet at ADSL Speeds. About 5 -10 Minute walk to the shops and restaurants.
