S.Perfectly Located, close to everything and yet quiet. Highly Recommended.
We've stayed here before and as usual hosts Suzi & Greg were very friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our large studio was very comfortable & spotlessly clean. Extra bonus with this Motel is that it's less than 100meters to the shops and about twice that to the "buzzing" waterfront! Ticks all the boxes for us!
R.Excellent service and I have been well looked after. Each day my room is cleaned and looked after to a high standard. My hosts have been friendly, helpful and good company. Great location, as this motel is near a countdown, the beach and many restaurants. Very quiet, parking provided, ideal for anyone who wants a high quality stay in Paihia either for a holiday or on business.
J.Amazing location just on the outskirts of the hustle bustle of this gorgeous little town, yet just a minutes walk to the waterfront (although there's so much to look at on the way it may take you more!). The owners are so friendly and pleasant to deal with and the rooms are well presented with everything you need. There is the convenience of small grocery stores right on the same street too. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great place to stay in Paihia, Bay of Islands.
M.Nice clean comfortable well situated motel. Friendly owners open to negotiation. Only negative was stale teabags, but otherwise very good. Would defs stay here again
L.Owners are very friendly and offered advice on local attractions. They have a nice dog that hangs out at the reception. Room was clean and comfortable with kitchenette. No a/c but fan above bed kept us comfortable. Excellent central location and free parking.

F.Very very friendly, the free WiFi is pretty good and a bit disappointed by the "Sky TV", has only ten channels, screen quality is questionable and the remote only has one named button called "Magic". Other than that it was clean, tidy and comfortable. Easily could of given it a 5 stars.

R.This is a long overdue review. My cousin and I stayed here for one night during Summer after taking an impromptu road trip up from Auckland, and we were able to get a room for a relatively reasonable rate considering it was peak season and very little notice. The room was nice and comfortable, but what impressed me most was the service. I accidentally left my laptop in the room (having hidden it in the room when trying to be security conscious while heading out) and didn't realise until my return to Auckland. The motel called me and promptly arranged for my laptop to be couriered back down to me, and completely free of charge! Needless to say I was very grateful for this wonderful holiday gesture. It certainly is the little things that count. Thank you.
S.I love the Outrigger Motel, situated right in town and close to the beach, ferry to Russell and you can walk everywhere. Greg and Suzi are really helpful and lovely. Also does not cost a fortune to stay there! Would go back!

J.Fantastic spot, we use Outrigger very frequently for our recommended accommodation for our passengers on the Twin Coast Cycle Trail and Waitangi Mountain Bike Park. They are cycle friendly, centrally located and great to deal with. Cheers Suzi and Greg
T.When staying in the Bay, Outrigger Motel was the perfect place for us, right in the heart of Paihia with easy walking distance to the beach, local cafes and all the town has to offer. Suzi and Greg are the perfect hosts and we will definately be back to stay with you again.

W.We came here for 1 day..we r on day 4 at d moment..the room is 1 min away from the bay and is super clean with more than the basic amenities like cooking hob,toaster,heater incase d room gets too cold,micro etc..the owners r soo polite n helpful and they r the main reason we dint want to leave..will deff visit again..this place has my heart.
