Great service. Loved the host who was friendly and made us feel welcome. Bed was comfy, room was clean, shower took a bit of time to heat up but all in all a good stay.

We are from Auckland, we stayed for 3 nights, Thank you for everything ❤ we felt so overwhelmed at the service, hospitality and the friendliness, beautiful place. Well kept, well serviced rooms with plenty of space and all the necessities, located within 3 minutes drive of the city centre. Extraordinary hosts - genuinely friendly and respectful of their guests. Easily my favourite accomodation experience, eclipsing many prestige establishments.

You feel like part of the extended Whanau from when you arrive.

Really enjoyed our stay over the long weekend. Couldn’t fault a single thing. Facilities are well serviced and maintained, rooms were comfortable and clean, staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. Loved the warm atmosphere during our time there. The conference room is convenient and well furnished as well as spacious for large groups. Our stay was easy as. Appreciate the hospitality. Would highly recommend. The hosts were so acccomodating and friendly. Really go beyond their call of duty.. the motel room was clean, had all the essentials for a home away from home.. well situated opposite the breathtakingly beautiful esplanade.if u going to Massey, well placed if you don't mind a short 1.7 km walk...not far from the town centre.. definitely will be visiting this motel again and we'll priced too.

This is a lovely motel that has the most amazing hostesses. The facilities are clean and comfortable with pretty much everything you will need for a short stay. My partner and I have stayed at this motel for the last 3 times we were in palmerston and highly recommend it. The other amazing perk with staying here is that you can get picked up and dropped off at the airport at no cost which is lovely bonus.

Our netball team recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing motel during tournament week. Karena and Margaret were fantastic hosts and went over and above to make our stay an enjoyable one. The facilities were perfect for our needs. We also had sole use of the conference room which gave our team enough space to eat together, have our team meetings or just chill out watching movies on the bean bags (another nice little touch). The rooms are clean and spacious and Karena's 'Queen of Cleans' competition was an incentive that motivated our girls to try and keep their rooms tidy. I would highly recommend this motel for any sports teams (or individuals) that are looking for accommodation in Palmerston North, I promise you will not regret it! Thank you again Karena, Margaret and Neriah for the special touches and making our week an enjoyable one.

Double checking flight details so to collect us from the airport, offering to take us into town for late night takeaway pick up, sharing his story and storing our stuff for the day while up at the uni. Colonial court is super friendly, genuine and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay, even staying open late and picking me up from the airport late at night. Having the room nice and warm when I got in was also a huge plus! I would 100% recommend this place and will be staying again next time I'm in the area

from the time we rang from auckland to book a room the voice on the other side of the phone was so welcoming, on our arrival we felt the warmth of the hospitality we received from the staff. Loved the rooms awsum heating, relaxing spa, my husband feel in love with the comfortable bed just the whole atmosphere was beautiful, value for money bang on. My familys first time visiting parmeston north and the owners made us feel like we were at home. Highly recommended keep up the good work. Thank you so much for everything we will definitely be back.

Across from the Esplanade. Awesome hosts. Great service. Our girls are rising to the "Clean Queens" challenge he set for them. Allowed us full use of the "Conference Centre" for our whole stay. Totally deserves the ☆☆☆☆☆. Would recommend ASURE Colonial Motel Nd Conference Centre to anyone especially those travelling with teams.

We were given 2 rooms to choose from we declined those and went for the third option. Nice comfortable lounges, large double beds able to accommodate my partner and I, enjoyed the Spa Bath every time during our stay, Our host/hostess so informative, helpful and friendly to everyone not just us, relaxing, quiet, so enjoyable will not hesitate to go back and will recommend this motel to others

In response to Peter Crowe's review. It is a policy of our business to supply all guests a 300ml glass bottle of complimentary milk. Whether our guests are staying 1 night or multiple nights, this is what we supply. Mr. Crowe entered our reception demanding more milk, & had absolutely no intentions of paying the additional cost for this. Mr. Crowe then proceeded to alert us that he stays with us at least 3 times a year, which is untrue, as evidenced & supported by our system showing him staying no less than twice in the last 2 & a half years. In quite an agitated state, Mr. Crowe then forcibly said "I'll tell you what you should be doing" as a direct reference to our milk policy, which we took great offence to. We pride ourselves on going above & beyond for our guests, offering affordable clean, spacious, & comfortable accommodation options. In the 3 years since operating the ASURE Colonial Court Motel & Conference Centre, as well as hosting thousands of guests, this is the first time anyone has complained about such an issue. We would like to consider this case well & truly closed. Kindest regards

The room was well set up,clean and warm. The service was amazing. I was made to feel incredibly welcome and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend!

Top hosts and so so accomodating !!! Was staying as part of a wedding party so plenty of changes and demands but nothing was too much trouble - shuttle to venue and home again and kiwi Kia thrown in Could not fault - throughly recommend

I stayed at this motel for the night but i wish i could have stayed longer <br/>The room was clean and comfortable but what my stay even better was the wonderful service the hoteliers offer ,he was so helpful and nothing was a problem, he picked me up from the airport and even offered to stop somewhere for me to get some dinner ,this couple really knows how to make their visitors feel comfortable and amazing service

A group stay with golf enthusiasts. Shuttle to and from Golf club was great. Can't fault a thing, made to feel right at home. Breakfast great as well
