K.Was lovely and clean the staff were kind would have given 5 * if the spa in our room had been in full working order but unfortunately it wasn't. We loved the squash court , gym and sauna too. Would stay again but perhaps in a different room with a fully functioning spa. Did speak to one of the staff about this but nothing was done about it.
J.Great price, comfy beds, clean linen, great shower pressure, great wifi signal anywhere on site, spa pool was sparkling clean, brand new clean fridge, clean kitchenette with everything you would need for cooking, sky TV with all the channels. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks for the great stay!
i.Thank you for having us. We were staying there for 4 days. Really enjoyed it. Love the spa pool, gym, squash court and the apartments. Excellent motel to stay. Close to everything. Will love to come back.
T.Tidy motel off the main roads. Bathroom was spacious with a spa tub and shower over. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed, cupboard beneath kitchen sink was musty smelling maybe from a previous leak/water damage. Couch was a fold out so not very comfy to sit on, net curtain looked dirty and had some rips but otherwise well appointed living/dining. Lovely large bed with wardrobe. Some maintenance on ageing paint and chattels would bring this up to date.
C.Really nice comfortable motel conveniently located close to city centre and square but on quiet street.
Rooms were very clean, modern tapware, good size comfortable bed, very nice interior, decent lighting (One of my pet hates is dim lighting in hotels and motels).
I had a trailer and easily found an area to park it without it being in way.
Sorry didn't have time to try squash court or sauna.
Really good value for level of accommodation and comfort.
N.Lovely clean room, well maintained and stoked with all essentials. Great water pressure and very warm room. Comfy beds, nice and quiet off the main drag but literally 2 minutes to City centre. Will come again!

S.Beautifully clean rooms, lots of space and well thought out room plan. Loved the spa bath!! Great fittings and crockery. Breakfast was timely and tasty. Appreciated the little touches. Very relaxing atmosphere. Easy walk to mall and food court. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Would highly recommend and would book again - maybe for a few more nights next time!

R.This is an excellent motel. Very clean. Carpet in good condition. Very quiet. Our room also had a spa pool attached. Very nice. Good sized tv and really good sized kitchen. Seating for 4 at the dinning table with room to actually sit and move your chair. Bathroom was good and the shower water pressure outstanding. The one problem was that the shower door leaked, drenched the bath mat and started a river out to the kitchen. Without that problem I would have scored this motel 5 stars. So assuming this is the only shower that leaks the motel is highly recommended.
R.Stayed here during a work function. The motel is outstanding. The beds are very comfortable and all of the rooms I saw were well sized meaning you could actually move around comfortably. The spa bath in the rooms was fabulous and the toiletries were plentiful. Place overall was very clean and tidy and we would definitely stay here again so cheers for having us guys !

R.We got woken up at 4.30am with faulty smoke alarms, the 4 rooms most expensive ones, we couldnt even wake up the staff until 20 mins later,, wernt happy to wake up and be outside at that hour, nice rooms, and spa, but a alot of dust on light shades, few things under the bed, we would come back and stay again.

S.This motel is very comfortable. I have always considered a Motor Inn to be an accommodation that has a restaurant on the premises and a motel is one that doesnt. So I would call this a Motel but a very nice one. We had a hot tub in our room which was through a back door from the bedroom (unit 10) into a tiled room filled almost entirely by a large 4 person tub. The hot tub room has window vents to the outside and the roof is vented, all of course let in the outside air, might be cold in winter. I would put a roll up blind of some kind on the door into the tub room because in daylight hours it is very light and if you like darkness to sleep in you might find this annoying. The unit has a small kitchen with all normal amenities including small 2 pot-stove top, a dining table for 4 a large fan and heaters, a 2 person sofa and good size TV plus good size bathroom with comfortable size shower. All very comfortable for the 2 if us and a small bonus of 2 nice robes in the wardrobe for after your hot tub. Parking is on site, a bit tight and don't count on getting a spot right outside your own door. There is a very good size gym, a sauna and squash court as well and all quite modern. I would stay here again.
K.We haven't stayed there but made 2 bookings for family and found them to be very accommodating and have very reasonable prices.

L.Bentleys is our favourite place to stay in Palmerson North. We've tried two other similar accommodation places but nothing compares to what Bentleys offers. The owners are lovely and they are the only ones who have units with massive spa pools that are self-filled (other motels with similar sized spa pools don't empty their water between guests, which is so gross, and they don't have taps to add additional water). My only gripe is Bentleys are so good they're often booked up!

Q.We had a room with hot tub and it was Devine. The room was clean. The showers amazing and the bed was so comfy I didnt want to get out. Hosts are so lovely and welcoming too. We will definitely fo back.
